Imperial Ruminations: Mahporeem

"An Iron Sun rises once more, the imperial cog raised above a realm and claiming the legitimacy and continuity of the New Order. On Mahporeem an old root has grown beyond its natural reaches, it flies the standards of Imperial sovereignty once more and challenges the status of the Galaxy. Its strength, its qualities and its legitimacy are yet to be proven against the eternal conflict and mindless dogmatism that will inevitably attempt to oppose it."

"The people do not demand for prophesized freedom, they do not relish to be unleashed in permanent war and infinite struggle. The commoners demands stability, prosperity and order. A plentiful harvest, a promised payment for work well done and the knowledge that their children have no fear of growing old. No desire for unending compassion, purest morality and flawless values. No passion for constant contests of strength and influence."

"From Mahporeem comes another power and by chance will have the capability and farsight to form an Imperial realm that stands for more than mere survival. It requires more than Star Destroyers and Stormtroopers to be Imperial, more than an imperial emblem to embody the workings and strivings of the New Order. I have seen too many Imperial remnants be nothing more than footnotes, less than nuances to the eternal conflict of the ignorant Jedi and malevolent Sith to simply bless this new realm without second thoughts."

"Where is its ruler? Where is its heart? Where lays its strength? Questions that will require answers sooner than later, a new Empire will not rise by chance, or by mere stubbornness. The Will of Defiance has been burnt out - a new purpose, a goal that lights the fires of conviction and determination is required to carry the Iron Sun to lasting victory."

"Let the Galaxy bear witness to an Empire returning."
