"Captain's log #187 Apotheosis Day 27 of Emperor Kaine's rule, we have begun our special mission. Emperor Kaine for her service to him since arriving on Thule has granted the ship to his apprentice the Lady Balaya. I do not know what she has planned for all of us but I have never seen a zeltron built like a solid wall of meat. Muscles on top of muscles and still you can tell she is feminine by the proper curves and smooth skin. A marvel of her species but a problem for us, seems she burns more energy which eats through our food stores reducing them for long missions."

"Captain's log #189 Apotheosis Day 30 of Emperor Kaine's rule, we have received a shuttle from Thule. It has brought equipment and supplies for the Lady Balaya and looking over the inventory it was rather simple and basic. I wonder what she has planned. Bifurcating cyclical-ignition pulse, blade power adjustment knob, Phobium emitter, emitter shroud, diatium power cell, emitter matrix, field energizer, flux aperture, focusing lens, inert power insulator, pommel cap and a Rainbow gem. A very rare commodity to be sure but from the looks of it and what I do know this sounds to be the basics parts of a lightsaber."

"Captain's log #190 Apotheosis Day 31 of Emperor Kaine's rule, I was right in what was going to be made by Lady Balaya, a lightsaber but she requires the utmost discretion and focus. Something that we will gladly give her. It was bad enough the incident with the private, the boy didn't understand zeltrons pheromones and tried to touch her. His hand couldn't be reattached and well the rest of him is floating in the bacta tank recovering. I am not one to judge the appeal of non humans but the boy should have realized touching a beast with all that muscle would be dangerous."

"Captain's log #195 Apotheosis Day 43 of Emperor Kaine's rule, Lady Balaya has been in her chamber for nearly two weeks. No real disturbances have come of note. The small instance where we encountered others from Thule bringing the Emperor's daughter from her work but nothing of note. *crashes can be heard and some screams* Something is happening, cut log."

"Lady Balaya seems to have become enraged, she exited the room and went to test the blade she had created and it didn't go well. The thing must not have been constructed properly because once she turned it on it appeared and then fizzled out. Next thing the men knew she was bulked up and throwing one of the slaves into another trooper before returning to the room. Damnable sith and their hoodoo."

"Captain's log #199 Apotheosis Day 49 of Emperor Kaine's rule, things have settled down since the incident with the slave and troopers. Lady Balaya has returned with some food into the chambers and returned to her lightsaber construction. I do not know the finer details but even the private is doing well. He got out of the bacta tank he is able to walk.. somewhat. Depends really on how you define walk when you have had the lady beat you into lockers. I do not envy him but we have a mission now and are heading for Mytus VII just outside sith space.

"Captain's log #203 Apotheosis Day 60 of Emperor Kaine's rule, I do not know how to explain it. Lady Balaya exited and her blade worked but something happened. I didn't understand what was happening with her but the blade activated and shimmered in color while she seemed to enjoy it. Even converse verbally with it and that was strange until I saw her slash and tear apart the slaves. Now here over Mytus VII we're..... *banging at the door then the hiss as it opens* Lady Balaya what are you doing here? I... no no please."

"Personal log entry 7, I am not certain how these will sound. It has been a strange thing, the equipment and the ship are useful but I am not one for talking about all my feelings or the events happening. There are more then enough things going on now. With Lord Kaine's ascension to Emperor and the events on Thule. Elani is a powerful woman whom I can admit a fondness for. Her power and authority is absolute in my eyes. I will serve her as needed but Emperor Kaine requires my service as sector I under Karin Darn prospers. Her power despite being a plant abomination has proven worthwhile. That none of us have seen Circe Savan about is good. Tomorrow I shall begin forging my saber in honor of my Lord Kaine's ascension.

"Personal log entry 8, bah I do not know what has happened. I did as I have always done and the crystal failed to align. I will have to start again slowly and from the top but... Have to be patient. This is a rare crystal and I won't waste it just crewing around, the prestige it could offer as a rarity from Gallinore. There is little else to do but I will say this, when I went to the showers and that private came about. I am not one to suffer fools and only Lord Kaine has earned the right to touch me in such a way. He is in the medical bay and I doubt he will be getting up anytime soon. Now I'll return to my meditations."

"Personal log entry 9, I believe this time it is working. The blade activated perfectly and now to test it. The slaves on the ship can serve a few purposes but testing a blade is a long tradition for forgers and creators. If it was a beskad or a sword for the black blades we would have to make sure it could sever limbs.

"Bah it failed again, this time the blade activated and then disappeared. Someone shall pay dearly for this and someone will be destroyed when the time comes. We will be heading towards Mytus VII soon if all goes according to plan and that should clear my head. Another meditation and working to construct it. Perhaps my next log will be giving plenty of details on it working."

"Personal log entry 10, I have done it. The blade stays, the waterproof casing and force activated pressure switch a welcome way to go about it. The guards on the sides help and make it quite a sight. The shimmering of the blade as it shifts through the color spectrum and..... "What took you so long?" Huh? Where are you, I am the hand of the emperor and no one sneaks into these chambers. "Fool, who am I? I am the one you poured so much work into and made able to speak. Didn't you think a living being would be able to talk?" I... how most of the crystals are not that strong and none can speak. "No some of us can you just have to know how to listen and spending nearly a month forging a bond with me lets you hear me. Now come we need to do something. I think the captain if he finds out will report you to the Emperor, your lord Kaine." Agreed he might be a problem. We shall handle him.
