With all of the chaos and rapid change within the GA, it can be hard keeping track of what's what. For the sake of my sanity, and for the common use of any other writers who want to know the current IC state of affairs, I've gathered this information into a reference sheet.
Where is Chancellor Alicio Organa?
The Chancellor is busy on the front lines of the war helping refugees and organizing relief efforts. There are talks of electing a new Chancellor.
What is the current state of the NJO?
A lot of Jedi have parted ways with the Alliance, including major leaders. Some have joined the Hidden Path, the High Republic, the Lightsworn, or other enclaves throughout the galaxy. The Jedi Council is effectively dissolved, with no concrete plan to form a new one.
What battles have been fought and which territories/planets have been lost?
Coruscant and much of the Core Worlds have been taken by the Galactic Empire. Jedi were massacred by Imperial forces on Tython. The most recent invasion thread was fought over Arkania, Champala, and Ord Lithone. The battle was lost and the planets were captured by the Galactic Empire. The Hapes Cluster has been annexed by the Black Sun Syndicate after Queen Nimaa'ri was assassinated and the new Queen Aurellia, backed by a pirate fleet, took power.
