I thought long and hard on this statement:

I don't think it really matters what changes are made, while they maybe great changes that help a lot, I feel as though there will always be writers who will find a way to ruin it for others and thus this conversation will happen again on how Chaos should change rules and regulations of threads and the such.

Staff here are super nice, and very generous people, and I'll be the first to admit my offenses. But, I think one thing that will help more is much more serious and long term repercussions for repeat offenders of those who break the rules. I saw something that kinda made me feel like even though some serious actions were taken about certain situations...the PG-13 rating of this site is not taken seriously, at least not nearly as seriously as it should be. Especially in OOC conversations. It bothers me that while cliques are not inherently bad things, having a specific title, or status can make you somewhat immune, or feel like one is immune to rules.

Jokes are funny, and I can enjoy some vulgar jokes, but when it comes to following the rules, what I enjoy doesn't matter, and it makes me uncomfortable that some who enforce or once enforced the rules feel as though they can make small comments that definitely break the rules regardless how innocent they are, and jokingly they are.

Again, I'll be the first to admit my offenses from the past, but sometimes it takes an offender to call out the offending.

There is going to be a lot of negative feedback from this, and that's okay, I accept it.
