War is an expected variable in our projections; biological ruin that destabilizes entire trade routes is not.

Actions like this shatter market confidence, leaving investors terrified to move capital through contested space. I urge you to bring these matters before the Triumvirs immediately and secure the financial restitution and trade guarantees we require.
