• Wealth: Medium, some people of the city are rich and some are poor, it is a mix of different levels of wealth.
• Stability: High, the planet does have it's own defense and law enforcement unit. The people of the city mostly fallow laws and rules.
• Freedom & Oppression: All people have standard freedoms. No species is denied the standard freedoms in this city provides. And no spiecies is above another.
• Description: The city is large and has large population. The cities buildings are all fairly new and well maintained. The city is policed by local officials as well as ZU military forces. Zeth City is built on a slope so the South District is sloped downward and the North District goes uphill, but the rest of the city is on a flat section.

DISTRICTS OF CITY:
When in the building of the city originally the South District was ment to be the high class area of Zeth, but it was this area where criminals dwelled for reasons unkown to locals.
ZU District- This district contains all of the cities goverment, military, and ZU affiliated buildings.
North District- This district contains mostly businesses and some wealthy peoples homes.
West District- This district contains all homes of mainly middleclass citizens.
Center District- This district contains businesses and is also where Zeth Canyon and Zeth city sports arena reside.
East District- This is the smallest district it contains mainly homes of low to mid class citizens.
South District- This district is where the low class citizens live, it also home to the criminals that still call Volik home.

• POINTS OF INTEREST
• Volik Military Command - This is the Command center for Voliks military forces.
• Volik Goverment complex - This is where goverment officials go to work and where citizens go for goverment matters. This is also the primary building to go to on Volik for ZU matters.
• Zeth City Sports Arena- This is one of the locations on Volik where you may go to see sports, like Nuna-Ball, and Limmie.
• Zeth Canyon- This is a large canyon in which the city is built on both sides. This canyon is a popular attraction for swoop-bike competitions, multiple major events are held at this canyon.
• Volik Planetary Defense Facility- Missle silos for Voliks defense.
• Security Satellites- Sattalites to secure Voliks safty.
• Grimerun- Grimrun is a cave that runs under the city in the south District. This is the place where criminals run a black market, they sell smuggled spice, weapons, illegal data, and other contraband.

SECURITY
High, the city is protected by Volik Defence Unit and the Volik Defense Fleet. An the city is also equipped with security systems, missle silos and multiple security satellites.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Zeth city is built where a small criminal camp once stood, the remnants of the abandoned camp were destroyed and the city was built. Zeth city is the capital and has the highest population rating of the whole planet, for most of the planet is rural. In the building of the city the planets overall population increased rapidly.
Zeth city is home to diffrent spiecies, but mainly humans and chiss. The city allows all spiecies with equal rights, no spiecies is above the other spiecies.
Zeth city is governed by Planetary Lord of Volik Varloc and is within the Zweihander Union.

You need to expand on the history, the description, the points of interest and why freedoms and oppressions etc so that people are able to write and experience the location. Please also make sure to link to the planet this is located on.

Greetings! I'll be helping on this submission as well.

1.) Wealth: You state that it is "Medium" which is fine, but, the template also asks for a brief description as to why. It's missing that information.

Wealth: [ Poor, Low, Medium, High, Wealthy? Describe, briefly, why. ]

2.) Stability: What you have is a good start but I suggest that you check the template and try and answer some of the other questions.

Stability: High, the planet does have it's own defense and law enforcement unit.

3.) City Districts: These are cool, but, they're in the wrong place. It should really be under the Description section.
