It means that you or they have no idea who they're posting with. Could be that they have too many writing partners and lost track or they could be like [member="Cira"] and simply have too many alts. Where's my post, Adele?
In any case if someone tells you that you owe them a post it'd be a good idea to go through what threads you have running or simply ask them where you owe them.
