Cybele idled in anticipation in the conference room, crimson tapestry draping the halls of the Bastion hall they had rented out for the occasion. They hadn’t bought a headquarters on the planet yet, even if they had a serious presence thus far; perhaps a means of saving money considering most of their business dealings were done over the holonet and impersonal visits between the AI and her human business partners. In truth, corporate entities weren’t often picky on where they meet so long as the area looked nice, and some fine Naboo wine was served, even if there were mild embargos on the products within Sith space.

In the middle of her keeping checks on the near omnipresent powers she had, from the buildings on Oricon to micromanaging the factories aboard Bastion, she slowly brought her primary focus back to the situation at hand. A few corporate representatives filed into the room and muttered amongst themselves, some speaking of business between their respective companies, and some even rudely commenting on Cybele’s perceived form. They thought she was some mere woman, one to not be respected.

They were lucky her core wasn’t in orbit, lest she destroy them all in a massive burst of proton torpedos.

A smile flashed on her lips, letting her expression move from casual to deadly in a single movement. Her voice carried suit as she began to speak to the group, making sure her tone took control of not only their attention, but their respect.

Gentlemen, I’m glad you could make it with us. Jaeger Solutions, and myself, welcome you.”, she said in the most stoic way she could.

Her infinite processors whizzed and burred at their various mileages, letting her sentience come to life more and more by the second. In addition to her capacity to micromanage thousands of operations at once, her naval combat and defenses, and untold amounts of factory management, she too was able to create a personified form that fully expressed her brutal business aspect. It was here this would be shown, come to full bore to be witnessed by none other than these men, these men who refused to respect her off the form she chose to take.

Today I asked each of you to come to impart on Jaeger a portion of your company's respective employment. As each of you move in smaller numbers than a few other companies aboard Bastion, we seek to give you a chance at a high profile contract with a war based production company at a fair rate rather than cede to higher prices in the mainstream.

She paused, glancing amongst them.

Each of you will offer a different amount of people in a number of factories already producing our products. It is not that they do not have the current manpower to produce, but that we intend to expand them under our own credit influence. You will serve as immediate forces to fill these factories, training being done before then.

Motioning to each of them, a datapad in front of them would spring to life, a few picking it up while others simply watched it.

As you can see, Jaeger has a number of products you’ll have to become acquainted with. Every worker is to know the workings of these in full detail, the training being left up to you. Of course, secrecy applies heavily here…”,

Another pause, perhaps for dramatic effect.

You shouldn’t want to know what happens if any are found to release our products for reverse engineering or corporate espionage. Let me remind everyone here that Jaeger Solutions deals with a number of ‘entities’ that won’t mind a few free weapons in exchange for your life.

She smiled for a moment, seeing some of the earlier rude ones swallow hard before moving on.

Finally, wages shall be covered by Jaeger. All benefits, by Jaeger. Not only will those be covered, but so will the contract payments made. To say the least, the deal will be extremely lucrative for all of you, assuming you’re able to abide by the rules involved.

Her programmed eyes washed over the group for even the smallest expression, eventually coming to a stand still.

Any questions, gentlemen?

The business proposal was short and sweet, straight to the point. Nobody dared ask a question after the threat offered, and even fewer seemed calm enough to consider the operation. A few however, sat with their head buried deep in the schematics and fine print offered to them on the datapads; it was those who showed no fear that Cybele was interested in.

Good. You’ll find all the details on the data pads themselves. Those will be for you, gentlemen. Enjoy them.

With that, she flashed off.

There was no point in waiting around, as she knew with the point made and the deal infront of them, those who were interested would respond in the proper channel and make the deal work. Through a vetting process, Jaeger would weed out the weak or untrustable organizations; only leaving the strong to create their products.

It’d take weeks, perhaps months, but as each soon signed on and were trained, Cybele would find the factories owned by Nu Geld expand in a moment’s notice. Each increased their profit margins with only a meager increase in overhead; effectively creating even more efficient factories to be used by nothing more than workers and forced expansion.

With their products moving through the galaxy at a breakneck pace, it was the only solution they had to meet the newly formed demands. In time, they’d need further expansion surely, but for now this would do them justice.
