Bug "You do not have permission to change this content date"?

I made the mistake of posting a thread under Technology Creation without adding a Description. That's cool, I'll just edit it and add that in. Oh, but when I go to save it, it gives me an error message saying I don't have "permission to change this content date".

Dunno what that means, send help please.

Looking into - But in the interim you can repost it if needed and we can archive the one that isn't working. See if that takes care of the issue?

I believe that fixed it for Junko Ike .
