Yavin Exploration Visa Permits

A Yavin Exploration Visa allows the holder to visit Yavin IV as a tourist, for business, or for archaeological purposes. The visa is multiple-entry, allowing several trips. It permits the holder to pass through the security layers of the Gordian Reach sector, the Yavin system, and Yavin IV itself. Applicants may be rejected for current ties to the One Sith, the Galactic Republic, or the Order of the Gray. Recent ties to these organizations may require the applicant to submit further information.

The Yavin Exploration Visa replaces all previous Yavin IV travel arrangements with Clan Rekali. Jedi students and instructors at the Yavin IV Jedi Temple, as well as Mandal Hypernautics employees and members of the Dathomiri Witchmasters, have been fast-tracked through the Yavin Exploration Visa program by default, and their fees waived.

Conditions

• A Yavin Exploration Visa holder may visit Port Shardrock for resupply.
• A Yavin Exploration Visa holder may take short- or long-term employment in the Yavin system.
• A Yavin Exploration Visa holder may bring reasonable personal security, including a personal ship (<200 metres) and armed escort.
• A Yavin Exploration Visa holder may not deface or damage the ruins.
• A Yavin Exploration Visa holder may not bring significant military force or combat vessels over 200 metres into the Gordian Reach sector, including the Yavin system, without prior permission.
• A Yavin Exploration Visa holder may not perform sacrificial rituals in the Yavin system without prior permission.

Application Fee

• 50 wupiupi or equivalent, charged after successful application.
• Fee waived for students and instructors at the Yavin Jedi Academy, as well as Mandal Hypernautics employees and members of the Witchmasters.
• Republic credits are no good here. I need something more real.

OOC note: This program was instituted because of high and consistent interest in visiting Yavin. It's meant as an RP resource, and to help popularize Yavin as a destination. Any 'you kids get off my lawn' implications are primarily tongue-in-cheek.

Nevertheless, stomping around Yavin IV without one of these will definitely get Clan Rekali attention.
