- Appearance: Xiphais is about six feet tall with a build that does not suggest that his time in command has decreased his physical activity. He has gray hair that he claims to have always been white to anyone who has not known him long enough to remember when it held a different color. His face is marked with lines of wisdom.

Xiphais Deimos has been in the Pantoran military for as long as the Pantoran government allowed, longer actually since he falsified documents in order to join early. With hard work and determination he rose slowly through the ranks. He was commander of a tank division during the Sith invasion. His division went to ground and fought a guerrilla type offensive against the occupying force of the Sith. They held out with limited casualties until the moon was liberated.
Since the liberation he has struggled with the direction of Pantora as it lay listless with the exception of recent attempts to gain favor from the Galactic Alliance. He met with Admiral Eremia Loigos who felt similarly and has built a following within the military. Xiphais supports her idea for a strong Pantora who can defend themselves and move beyond their current home to do more in the galaxy.
