PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Master Xerothan Valekorr, a member of the rarely seen Pandoran species, is a striking figure whose very presence commands attention. Her skin is a deep, rich blue that shimmers subtly under light, an exotic hue unique to her people. Her eyes are a piercing yellow, glowing faintly with an inner intensity that suggests both wisdom and vigilance — a reflection of years spent attuned to the Force.

Long, flowing white hair cascades down her back in silky waves, contrasting starkly against her dark complexion. Often kept loosely tied to avoid distraction during combat, her hair bears thin braids interwoven with small, ceremonial beads that denote her rank and achievements within the Jedi Order.

Tall and statuesque, she moves with the calm precision of a seasoned warrior, her posture always upright yet graceful. Her facial features are elegant and angular — high cheekbones, a proud jawline, and fine, arched brows that frame her luminous eyes. Small ornamental tattoos in silver-blue ink trace down from her temples and along her jaw, etched in ancient Pandoran script — a silent homage to her ancestral lineage.

She wears a customized Jedi robe tailored for travel and agility, its fabric darker than standard issue with silver accents that echo her tribal heritage. A dual-toned lightsaber hangs at her belt, the hilt inlaid with pale crystals native to her homeworld — a weapon forged through solitude, vision, and deep personal trial.

INVENTORY

1. Lightsaber, unused but only for the most dire situations.
2. A ring with a cracked kyber crystal adoring it. The color is a piecing green, from a fallen padawan that was her most devoted before his death on a far moon during a journey along his final steps before he ascended to knighthood.
3. A datapad that contains extreme lengths of knowledge from her journey across the stars.

PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS

Master Xerothan Valekorr is regarded within the Jedi Order as a contemplative and enigmatic figure — a traveler of distant systems and forgotten worlds, whose pursuit of knowledge often leads her beyond the well-worn paths of tradition. With a voice like still water and a gaze that seems to weigh more than just words, she is a master known less for lightsaber technique and more for her ability to challenge minds. Young Jedi often find themselves drawn to her quiet intensity and her reflective teachings, which frequently touch on the balance between light and dark. "One cannot shield others from the shadows if they have never walked in them," she often says, urging Padawans to seek understanding rather than blind avoidance.

Though some of the Council quietly question her affinity for ambiguity, none can deny her results. Jedi who train under her often emerge more thoughtful, more self-aware — and more willing to question the rigidity of the Code. She believes that wisdom lies not in suppression of emotion, but in its mastery, and that the Force reveals itself in wholeness, not fragments. While her methods are unorthodox, her loyalty has never been formally challenged, for she has always served the Order with poise, insight, and an uncanny ability to be exactly where she is most needed — or most watched.

STRENGTHS

1. Philosophical Charisma

She can command a room with quiet words rather than force. Her ability to engage others in deep, reflective thought allows her to plant ideas subtly, guiding others to conclusions that serve her agenda without them realizing it.

2. Master of Emotional Reading
She has a profound sense for the emotional undercurrents in others — fear, ambition, doubt — and uses that insight to manipulate, guide, or mentor with eerie precision. To Jedi, it looks like empathy; in truth, it's a predator reading the wind.

3. Force Knowledge and Forbidden Lore
Her travels have exposed her to ancient and forgotten teachings — both Jedi and Sith. She draws upon these to develop unconventional but effective techniques, appearing wise while secretly expanding her dark side prowess.

WEAKNESSES

1. Arrogant Subtlety

Her belief that she is always the most enlightened mind in the room blinds her to the possibility of true emotional connection or betrayal. She underestimates those she deems too idealistic or "naïve."

2. Isolation by Design
Her constant need to remain mysterious and alone limits the depth of her relationships. While she can influence others, she cannot truly trust anyone — not even potential apprentices — without layers of manipulation.

3. Morally Unstable Ground
Her philosophical focus on "balance" gives her leeway to rationalize any act — but this also means she has no moral core. In a moment of crisis, she might falter not from fear, but from a deep internal void: unable to feel guilt, yet unable to feel truthful purpose.

HISTORY

Born beneath the twilight skies of the remote Pandoran moon of Velth, Xerothan Valekorr was raised among mystics and seers who revered the Force not as a binary of light and dark, but as a vast, unknowable current flowing through all life. Even as a child, Xerothan spoke in questions that unsettled her elders — not rebellious, but impossibly perceptive. When Jedi scouts discovered her Force sensitivity, she left her world with quiet eagerness, driven by a singular hunger: to understand.

As a Padawan, she was brilliant and introspective, if unorthodox. While others mastered the physical forms and political doctrine of the Jedi, Xerothan delved into ancient philosophies, lost histories, and esoteric Force texts long neglected by the Order. Upon knighthood, she declined permanent Temple duties, choosing the life of a wandering Jedi. She claimed the Force guided her into forgotten systems — to collapsed temples, war-torn ruins, and the echoes of ages past. Her missions were always successful, her conduct unimpeachable, though her destinations often strayed far from traditional Jedi concerns.

With time, Xerothan became a Jedi Master renowned not for combat or diplomacy, but for provoking insight. She challenged her students to look beyond the Code, to confront their own limitations, and to question the roots of their beliefs. "The Force is not divided — we are," she would say. "To walk the light, one must know the shape of the dark." Her apprentices often returned from her tutelage stronger and more self-aware — though some whispered they came back changed, quietly troubled by the weight of what they'd seen.

Yet beneath her tranquil presence and contemplative teachings, something else stirs — obscured in shadows. Xerothan does not always report her findings to the Council. She has collected fragments of lost lore, Sith relics, and hidden knowledge that most believe destroyed. Her wanderings increasingly align with long-buried Force nexuses and prophecies shrouded in ambiguity. Some suspect she seeks more than wisdom — perhaps an apprentice. Or an echo of herself. Perhaps, the Force is guiding her... or perhaps she is guiding it.
