Appearance:Can often be seen in business casual clothing such as loose fitting suits and the like. However it's not a rare sight to see the man wearing more traditional Atrisian clothing. He is an aged older gentleman with jawbone length grey hair, he keeps a serious look about him a majority of the time and rarely smiles.
Personal Information
Personality: A lover of all things Classic the Atrisian crime lord is positively nuts for collecting everything from swords, speeders, and instruments. To the some of the finest pieces of artwork, he believes that to truly be the man in charge you must surround yourself with great things in life. A charismatic and downright efficient leader this man can sometimes have a bit of a hot head and cause him to overreact in certain situations. But as a trained warrior he knows how to exude focus and control of all things around him, he's ruthless, deadly, and a killer of men.
Combat Function: A master swordsman in the ways of Atrisian sword fighting the man has mastered multiple martial arts and fighting styles and uses them quite often when he's in battle.

Leader: As the leader of the criminal underground of Atrisia the man is a charismatic leader and with his age has the experience to back up his claim.

History
Other Notes: As the leader of Atrisia's criminal underworld one might ask how an adopted son of a out of work artist and tea house servant became the ruler of everything criminal on Atrisia. Well it was simple, training and opportunity. When he was a young man William worked at a casino where the most famous of Atrisian gangsters loved to visit during the rise of the Atrisian Empire that quickly formed into the Galactic Empire. During this time William began to do off favors with the gangs until he was accepted and became one of them.
Now becoming a full fledged gangster the man received training in various martial arts and sword fighting styles, and with this training he became the underworlds biggest enforcer. He carried out multiple hits and killings until he stood atop mountains of his enemies corpses. Seeing his potential Atrisian crime bosses took him directly under their wing where he learned the ins and outs of how to run the underworld.
However when the empire fell and Atrisia fell even out of Fringe control crime overtook the planet and multiple gangs arose during Atrisia's time as a neutral planet. This continued until the eventual conquest at the hands of the Sith where William found opportunity. With his former bosses either dead or in hiding the man set out on a bloody path during the Sith conquest and did a little conquering of his own.
Almost overnight William collected the heads of every gang's leader and proclaimed himself the keeper and boss of Atrisia's underground. He now sits as the leader of the criminal world and rules with an iron fist.
Intent: To give members of the Black Tie Syndicate a "boss" NPC to combat in the upcoming chapter of the factions main storyline.
