Appearance: Arthur is shorter than average and thin with pin-straight hair which is slightly long. His hair is dirty blonde and he is covered from head to toe in freckles. He wears huge glasses and a pale blue cardigan over beige, puffy trousers which are tucked into socks and lace-up shoes. He wears a beige coat which is too long for him and falls to his ankles. He wears a college jacket and suit pants with boots when living on remote worlds.
Distinguishing Features: Arthur speaks with a severe lisp.

Personality: Chronically anxious, hopelessly apologetic and eager to please, Arthur is unblemished in his innocence and goes out of his way to avoid trouble. He is highly intelligent and excels in technical subjects, particularly mathematics and computer science. He takes his studies immensely seriously and reels with a loss of confidence if his grades slip. Sebastian leads in dangerous situations and points Arthur in the right direction, while Arthur takes the back seat when slicing or mathematics becomes involved.
Arthur desires to do the right thing, but is often too afraid to try and instead allows others to make decisions for him, which are often selfish or immoral. He is sometimes envious of people who are more dangerous or confident than himself and regrets that he does not have the internal strength to use his skills to help others. Arthur, instead, is usually the one who needs to be helped. The very thought of violence makes him quiver with fear and he struggles to even speak when presented with a situation in which he has to lead or make active decisions. He speaks with a severe lisp, which he is deeply embarrassed about. He also does infinitesimal calculus for fun and watches anime. He's embarrassed about that too.
COMBAT INFORMATION
Weapon of Choice: Arthur can use a blaster if he needs to, but his aim is terrible and he's too scared most of the time to make a decent shot. He generally just hides behind Sebastian.
Combat Function: None, at all. He can slice into systems and reprogram devices, but has no melee combat skills.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Arthur was born on Antar, in Commenori space, where he was raised by loving parents and attended school. He showed great progress in science and mathematics and a great love for computers and anything technical. High school was miserable and marked by years of terrible bullying. His treatment at the hands of the other students became so brutal, he was taken out of school and taught at home by his mother. His experience at high school cause him to develop a lifelong anxiety disorder which he battles to this day.
Upon finishing home school, Arthur attended university on Commenor, where he met Sebastian Thel in a calculus lecture. An outcast himself, Sebastian and Arthur chatted distantly and became close, with Arthur looking up to Sebastian for his aloof nature and lack of need for a friend. When Sebastian ran away to Alderaan, Arthur was once again left without a friend.
When the Sith attacked Alderaan, Arthur determined to find Sebastian and save him from the conflict. He traveled to the world and was immediately captured by Imperial intelligence and forced to decode transmissions sent by the Alderaan forces. Restrained in a bunker, he was discovered by Sebastian who had been coerced by the Sith to complete the same task. Sebastian freed Arthur and with his help, managed to provide the transponder location for the Sith infiltration point and lead a group of Imperial forces to safety.
