Acquiring various rim engineers and technicians from League Colonies looking to do extra work on the side, the knowledge of who actually runs things is obscured from employees, and what goes on outside one's department is strictly on need to know basis. All workers are paid fairly and all individual fighters are inspected by accredited League Engineers before being passed on to the wild Knights. Employees are compensated by profits from Bacta Works, and as the Technology they produce are at limited or Semi-Unique, the operation is not very large, though what it does produce is impressive despite the parts coming from scavenged battlefields.

Started as a Volunteer service paid by each item constructed, Nathan organizes these crews and constructs based on his own knowledge of starfighters and based on those of what League Pilots require. Of course, some of the technology is based off those of the Bloodscrawl Medical Corporation's own starfighters.
