They aren't game abilities though. Each crystal is unique, they all aren't the same. One crystal can cut through a material faster than another. Unless I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure I'm correct. Game abilities would be like +2 defense +4 attack blah blah blah

I ran into the same problem when i wanted to use the crystal that counters the ability of Cortosis. It wont be approved, im speaking from experience.

Yes there is but it is not allowed to have that effect. Only event crystals given by staff can do that.
Also crystals are so last year, all about the slicewire that gives blood poisoning while resisting lightsabers.

Some Crystal Affects are Allowed, Sadly the Lava Crystal is not though. Something ive tried, I think Oplia is Fine i think.

One of my sabers is an Opila Crystal, which is slightly enhanced cutting power.Kezeroth the Hateful said:

It would require a development thread to prove you've obtained it, if you wish to use it for a saber, and it is extremely more powerful than an Opila crystal, and even moreso than a regular synth-crystal or generic focusing crystal. It's also only usable by those whom are tainted by the dark side, so it makes me happy.

and Opila crystal makes the blade different it doesn't spew lava, or frost, or resist cortosis. It much like Rubat is allowed, Solari and Lignan are alignment restrictive. Ashin Varanin made a guide for what is allowed and around.

An Opila crystal will not, no. Permafrost probably would, as it is only usable by the maker of the saber.Oka Osaa said:

The only thing that gives a saber crystal a purpose is the lightsaber and similar technology, as the plasma field is what the crystal gives its special properties to. Technically you could create a broad-sided plasma field along one side of a sledgehammer and use it that way, but it would only really be useful in "frozen blaster technology".
