Private Wheres the beef!

She hadn't focused on this issue she had been to busy trying to regain memory after memory, all while she was taking care of her wife whom she had rescued not to long ago

Now what was this issue? Was her old friend darlyn that had suddnely gone dark...again

Now stardust didnt mind the dark side at all if anything now she was more content to trust that side of things, however darlyn attacking her again was something she could not have not whole she was nursing her wife back to health nor while she was busy trying to free those on mandalore that remained

So she made the hard decision to go face him and hopefully end him, a decision that weighed heavy on her mind. Aboard a small shuttle, stardust transmitted her landing codes to the flight tower, memories flooded back a bit biys and pieces here and there, this place held such much she knew after she did what wa needed she needed to stay awhile and see if she can piece it all together

Landing on a pad she checked everything on final time and departed for what she thought would be a intense fight. Moving towards the guards she stopped and asked for Darlyn Excron Darlyn Excron . She was given his location and even escorted there however they warned her he might not be up for talking which was rather...confusing? Certainly it didnt sound like the blood thirsty man who had attacked her with little regard for anyone.

Arriving at his place they'd bow and leave her, she walked to the door and gave two heavy knocks and took a depe breath to steel herself

Niamh Jones Niamh Jones

It had been a quiet day so far, thankfully. Niamh had gotten her son to eat something OTHER than mac and cheese, he took a proper shower, and even helped her clean his room! All good progress, even if it was small. Darlyn Excron Darlyn Excron had been asleep for about an hour now, without nightmares this time, and in that hour, Niamh had gotten almost a quarter through a book on perfume making!

That is, until someone so rudely knocked on the door.

Niamh looked back worriedly, before pausing in her reading and moving quietly across the room to open the door. She opened it slowly, as quietly as she could, and only until she could see and speak to whoever knocked.

"Look, if you're here for my son, he's sleeping. For once without nightmares, and I'd like for him to be able to stay asleep like that. If it's not something deathly important, I'll have to ask for you to return another time."

She stared at Stardust Solus Skirae Stardust Solus Skirae like the most disappointed mother in the galaxy, and sighed through her nose.

"But if it is important, at least make is quick so he can go back to sleeping?"

Her westar slowly was drawn, she felt someone approaching the door now and wanted to be sure if they were armed she had the first shot off. Taking calm breaths she watched that door slowly open, taking a step back to get distance her westar rose then lowered as she tilted her head. Standing up tall she fully lowered the westar and looked down at the woman as she spoke and....more confusion....nightmares? Ans he was sleeping? Something wasnt adding up at all

maam, I need to ask him a few questions to confirm a few things

This wasnt the approach she was expecting, playing police and investigator, however seemed she had to switch to that now

a couple months or so ago I was attacked by him...or...possibly someone posing as him

She paused to let that soak in then spoke again

i need answers, I need to know if that was him or not

Niamh Jones Niamh Jones Darlyn Excron Darlyn Excron

Niamh stared pointedly at Stardust Solus Skirae Stardust Solus Skirae as she had a blaster aimed at her. The Twi'lek woman was lucky Aoife was not around to see that, really. However, when the woman mentioned her darling stóirín attacked her?! Blue eyes narrowed as they filled with a mother's ire.

"My son has been in a deep depression since the Sith attacked Mandalore and Concord Dawn. I had to make him his favorite childhood meal to get him to even talk to me! Whoever attacked you was not my darlin' stóirín."

Her grip tightened on the door nob, her rage at her son being accused of assault audible in the tone of her voice. Honestly she contemplated slamming the door in this woman's face.

Darlyn Excron Darlyn Excron sleeping nearby was the only thing that kept that from happening.

"Now is there anything else, or will my son be able to continue to sleep in peace?"

There was silence.

For once his sleep was not filled with memories, but silence. And Darlyn was alright with that. The quiet let him rest, let him find peace, for a while at least. He could entertain the thought of trying to dream, his his semi lucid, silent state, and choose actively to avoid it for the sake of those precious few moments without anything getting in the way. Peace.

How long had he been sleeping? Did it matter? He could almost feel himself turning in bed, slowly rather than the frantic tossing and turning. Was he alright?

"Did you think you would ever be free from me?"

In a moment, Darlyn shot awake, and grabbed his blaster from beside his bed. Before even recognizing he was no longer dreaming he fired the thing, the red bolt slamming into the wall opposite him as he made what could only be described as a pitiful, panicked whimper, though much more on the scale of a yell or shriek in decibles.

He shook slightly, his body curling up on the bed but never dropping the blaster from the wall far away from anything living, trying to decide if he had fully woken up or not. The first few senses were returning to him, and he became aware of things bit by bit. First, his Mother Niamh Jones Niamh Jones , almost certainly feeling concerned at his sudden turn of mood. Then, his dove, absolutely radiating the closest thing to concern a bird could give him. Then...

Stardust Solus Skirae Stardust Solus Skirae ? He lowered his weapon, slowly, never turning his head. His voice was a bit shaken still as he tried to speak. "When did Star get here, and why is she finally coming to visit?"

maam weve bigger issues if someone is going around parading as him then, I highly doubt I'm the only one that's been attacked and bold enough to come forward

Her confusion was rising quickly, she didnt want to push her luck by barging past his mother at all, however when he suddenly awoke and shot a blaster right at the wall she spring into action moving past the woman to make herself a shield just in case

The gravity of the situation hit her, she relaxes herself and held her hands out showing she had no weapons within her grasp as she spoke softly

alright...alright apparently weve...all got explaining to do yeah?

Darlyn Excron Darlyn Excron Niamh Jones Niamh Jones

Niamh opened her mouth to respond to Stardust Solus Skirae Stardust Solus Skirae , but was interrupted by the sound of a blaster firing, the bolt hitting the wall, and the pitiful whimper of Darlyn Excron Darlyn Excron . Shoving past Stardust, Niamh ran up the stairs to the loft Darlyn's bed was with urgency,

"A stóirín?"

She gently placed her hand on Darlyn's wrist, and sat next to him on the bed slowly.

"Just a moment ago, but... As for why, that will have to wait until you've calmed down, all right?"

Niamh smiled gently at her son, and would slowly attempt to lower his arm with the blaster if he let her.

If it were anyone else there would have been resistance. For Niamh Jones Niamh Jones , Darlyn let his arm drop slowly, leaning slightly into her as he closed his eyes. He needed to be calm, calm enough to speak without the whimper like tone his voice had taken from it all. His memory of what had shook him from his sleep was already fading, and all he could remember was whatever it was he wanted to wipe clean and away, thus his weapon. And it, terrified him.

He inhaled, and exhaled again, and spoke with a more even tone, more akin to the depressed emptiness he had been living through than the fear his dream had incited. "I'm.. I'm okay mom. I can talk now." He opened his eyes, and locked the blue orbs on Stardust Solus Skirae Stardust Solus Skirae the moment he could get a good look at her. "Haven't seen you in, feels like years. Certainly at least since I became president. Whatever would bring you here now?"

Stardust had hung back for a little bit. However she stepped forward slowly as she started towards the room. The stairs creaked quietly beneath stardust weight as she came up to the room and gently pushed the door open the rest of the way and laid her eyes upon him

Her friend, technically her uncle, setting there in the most despicable way....no....no this want the man who tried to kill her. That man seemed wicked beyond what this one could do right now

Catching her blue eyes with her own green she sighed out

I'm afraid old friend...what brings me here is not good news for you nor me

This meant the dopper was out and about no doubt smearing her friends name

there is someone posing at you
