Where can I get the font for rank titles?

The fonts for the majority of rank titles seem pretty standard. I suspect they are the same font and am interested in what font it is and where I can obtain it. I am working with GIMP 2.6.

Any links to it would be most appreciated.

Some photoshop-like editors have plugins which allow for outlining objects. You would simply have the font on a separate layer from the background image and border, then use said plugin. (I use paintdotnet.)

The feature in mention is usually called "stroke", or something like that.
If you want the font to look exactly the same, I recommend you make it all caps.

On a side note, I believe the .psd resource file is in the pinned topic in the Art corner (the one by Tef)

if you're looking for freeware that has most of Photoshop's basic features, I also recommend Photo Filtre (7th version, i think?) It has layers, a fair number of editing effects, filters and such.
