Friends. Everyone needed friends. Whether it was a shoulder to cry on or someone to help you move, friends were there for you. The intangible relationships that people formed with one another to enhance and enrich their own lives though others. And in the case of [member="Kham Nakgul"] he had a friend he'd never met before. One who had connections, allies, influence, and most importantly, power. Power to intervene in an otherwise impossible situation. But that was because she was just such a good friend.

Now Kham had done a very bad thing according to the good people of Christopsis who were ruled by puffy shirt enthusiast [member="Petrovska Crystall"] who seemed like a nice enough guy. Apparently following orders from an equally imprisoned [member="Jessica Med-Beq"] and her confederate ways. Now Blonde honestly could of cared less about the two rotting in prison for the rest of their natural lives, but that was until sixty million credits caught her eyes. Now if the Christophisisans were that loaded to the point where they could offer sixty mil for one man, what other riches did they have? So Blonde wanted their money, and as a criminal she was going to take it by force. It was simply the natural order of things. The meek did not inherit the earth and only the strong survived.

So on this particular mission, the syndicate had amassed their fleet lead by the Coyote Tango along with a few other dozen or so ships ranging from pod carriers filled with mercenaries and War Dogs to even the signature syndicate cruisers. All of it spelled out death and force for the good people of Christophsis. Now was Blonde going to glass the planet and kill civilians? No. Only kill those who stand in your way, and if no one stood in her way it'd be an easy transaction for her.

With the ships loaded and about to exit hyperspace the woman gave a very short speech and directions to her men who had decided to join.

"Our main objective will be the Christophsis Royal Palace and Treasury. If these bastards can fork up sixty mil for one man than they are loaded. I will be headed to the secondary objective, the detention center. I have guests to pick up. Now Code of Conduct. You are not to kill innocents. Active shooters or obstacles only. Now if someone wants to be a hero, waste them as an example. If civilians get caught in the crossfire that is acceptable. We only ask that you do not actively target civilians. If you are caught doing so, you will be fined from your pay. If the damage is too great to civilian life we will leave you behind. I don't have room on this op for nut jobs." Blonde finished her little speech then made sure her armor was on and secured.

A few friends of Kham had decided to come with her and notify her of this potential so they'd be tagging along today with the normal crew and people Blonde frequently hired.

"Let's go kill some people." and then it happened.

The fleet of ships burst out of hyperspace around the planet of Christophsis and the pod carriers immediately started to launch drop pods towards the capital city and detention center. Blonde of course took her own personal dropship down towards the surface. War Dog piloted Heavy Walkers along with AT-ST Mk IIs would be deployed.

"Loot, Pillage, Steal, ladies and gents. Hit the planetary treasury and palace! I want those credits and crystals!" Blonde shouted over comms as her ship pushed towards the planet's surface along with the various other pods and ships.

Abyss small starviper starfighter entered the system besides the other ships that came to raid Christophsis. The ship wasn't one of a kind, and while the syndicates fleet was composed of other ships, it still was a standard of the galaxys underworld that didn't seemed out of place between the others.

Darth Abyss himself wasn't a common sight fighting on the side of criminals, at least not so openly. Yet while he remained in the shadows for the most of his time, he was constantly doing his best to build relationships with the different syndicates, cartels and other criminal groups. One day someone would make a mistake, and the sith order would become another sith empire that was bound to fall apart after a short period of time like any before it. The criminal empires on the other hand, which lived beyond the surface and mostly operated from the shadows like Abyss himself, existed for a long time, in some cases far longer than any other group or organisation, and so he deemed it necessary to gain a part of their loyalty.

The small ship dropped on the planets surface, together with the others. But it didn't deployed any soldiers, walkers or other military assets. From it only rose a single man, shrouded in a black, ragged robe and his face masked by a strange looking wooden mask. The only openly visible weapon was the hilt of his saber hanging on his belt, but under his robe, on his back and in his sleeve, in his boots and in other places a wide array of weapons was hidden away, waiting to be used in the battle to come.

His cybernetic leg touched the ground, as he made his way from his ship to meet with the others that came to bring chaos and theft to the planet, his steps leaving no sound whatsoever every time they meet the surface below them. He hadn't yet decided how to operate, so he would wait until chaos would unfold so he could use it in the best way he could.

Causstik Rahn had taken a leave of absence from his domain on Mugg Fallow. Being worshipped as a demi god was only fun for so long. The lizard had taken it upon himself to lead his people to a new age of glory, after all, he himself could personally speak to the Scorekeeper. Alas a sentient needed to have its moments and the sacrificial pits of bone city had become rather dull. So, here Causstik was, falling from the upper atmosphere of some backwater world with only a thin layer of durasteel protecting him.

The pirate warlord had been hired by a Miss Blonde to pillage yet another world and he would certainly make due on his part. Aside from the obvious he had an ulterior motive. A former comrade of his had been imprisoned and now he sought to find her and free the wretch. A jedi by the name of Jessica. The task would be simple enough for the Trandoshan warrior.

Causstik's pod hit the ground and a cloud of dust, rock and debris exploded upward. The door popped off its hinges with a hiss and out came Causstik.

He was clad in black phrik plate armor, beskar chain mail, and encrusted in precious gems. The gems seemed ordinary enough to the naked eye, but those proficient in the force would be able to sense the absence that surrounded these jewels. They were void stone and such had been the downfall of many a force user. Causstik petted the lightsabers that lined his hip at the memory.

He made his way through the smoke filled streets and unholstered his sawed off eight gage shotgun. Apparently the enemy was unawares to their invasion and thus he was met with little opposition. A shame really, the lizard had hoped to claim many jagannath points during this raid. Even still Causstik stayed on his guard, the voices within his head screamed of traps unseen and betrayals unsung.

As the smoke cleared Causstik studied the crystal skyscrapers and the pock marked streets. The battle worn holes that dotted the streets seemed older as if from a previous raid. The skyscrapers still sported many scars from Jessica's bombardment. They would soon sport many more, Causstik thought as he watched pods scream down from the air and smack into crystal skyscrapers or the streets below.

Men and mechanical beast came out, screaming their war cries and blindly firing suppressive fire at nothing. Civilians smartly stayed within the confines of the buildings, but still the occasional stray bolt would hit home and someone would die. A man rounded the corner with a antique blaster guiding a family. He fired at Causstik. The blast pinged harmlessly off of the Trandoshan's armor. Causstik growled at the fellow and raised his wrist. A gout of flame belched out of his mounted flamethrowers. The man and his family screamed in agony as they were engulfed by the inferno. Such was war though. And in war, people died and things burned.

As the two had been discussing their pleasantries, a communications officer had appeared in the private mansion. "Sir, we've got unidentified ships coming into the system, they've closed their communications and we are unable to contact them." Priscilla would turn to the King and utter the words, "This place seems popular for planetary invasions. I think it would be best if we went to a safe refuge near-by, don't you agree?" She would then open her holopad, sending a message to her escort who was now waiting outside of the residence, but the communications officer was not so casual about the situation and immediately left, barking orders at some guards around the facility. She would turn to Petrovska Crystall awaiting his response. "I've contacted my father to see if he can send some aid, baring in mind the trade guild's military consists of only a few hundred or so specialist forces." She would then place her hands infront of her, one over the other as they would continue walking down the golden hallways of the palace that they were in.

"Someone sing i need a song. Causstik i want to hear that glorious voice siiiiiiiing " she yelled as she unloaded a jet of flame.
this was Lyth's role distraction.

The Heaven's Bane hurtled out of Hyperspace, the gold lines and skull reflecting the suns light as he pulled out the hanger in his drop-ship, flying at dangerously high speeds towards the Royal Palace. Of course, he would want to accompany [member="Miss Blonde"] to her secondary objective, as he did love her ruthless ways, but alas, she could probably handle herself.

All sensors and alarms blaring, he would watch calmly as his ship nose-dived towards a barricade that was trading fire with his fellow BTS members, their police outfits giving away their alignment. Kicking through the back hatch, he would jump out of his 'doomed' craft, landing gracefully as it exploded behind him, pieces of debris scattering.

Not even clad in his armor, he would stride past the fires, his cloak billowing around him as his pistols swung out like snake tongues, only a sound and flash giving away the fact the he was using them.

Oh, was it good to be back.

Causstik strode through the streets towards the prison when he came across his first barricade. He and his droids engaged the police manning the blockade. The droids took cover providing cover fire while a few others slowly advanced. Then Lyth’s transmission came in. She wanted a song, so he decided to sing a traditional one he learned while hunting on Wassakah. Causstik vaulted over his cover and charged as he began in his deep australian growl.

"My girl's a vegetable
She lives in a hospital
But I would do anything
To keep her alive,"

Blaster bolts hit Causstik’s armor with dull pings as they found their mark. He ran forward building speed with each stride of his augmented legs.

"She has a green holoscreen
It's called an EKG
But I would do anything
To keep her alive,"

Causstik was mere feet away from the enemy now and his troops weren’t far behind. He grinned wildly as he saw the fear clear as day on the nearest police man’s face.

"She has no arms or legs
That's why we call her pegs
But I would do anything
To keep her alive,"

He barreled into the nearest enemy and wailed on him with a phrik clad fist. Causstik felt ribs break and organs turn to mush with each blow from his genetically enhanced arms.

"Sometimes I play a joke
Pull the plug and watch her choke
But I would do anything
To keep her alive,"

He righted himself from the man’s bloody form and withdrew his double barrel. Looking for his next target.

"Each time she breaths in air
She sounds like Darth Vader
But I would do anything
To keep her alive,"

He pointed the gun to the next closest enemy and the man’s head exploded in a spaghetti bowl fashion. Guts and blood sprayed the air as the pellets found their mark.

"She prefers pured food
Sucks it down with a plastic tube
But I would do anything
To keep her alive,"

Causstik’s droids converged on his position and they soon overwhelmed the poorly equipped police.

Sauron smiled, he would be free. After he escaped he could deliver the document proving his innocence to [member="Petrovska Crystall"]. Along with a payment of 5 Million credits to help pay for the damages likely to be caused by this raid. One of the guards had mentioned a small fleet of ships coming out of hyperspace. "It seems a rescue had arrived." kham siad to himself, Excellent. Weather or not [member="Jessica Med-Beq"] would be rescued as well was unclear to Sauron. But to tell the truth it did not matter greatly to him. It would be interesting to see how much damage would be caused.

Whether he’d garnered some of his loner tendencies from his parents or he simply saw the practicality in a fallback considering the transience of Sith Empires these days, Onley found himself landing on Christopsis. Credits didn’t hurt, and neither did the simple act of practice. But he was tangibly strange compared to the others milling out onto the planet’s surface, save for one or two other invaders.

Where he would be most useful he wasn’t sure, but there were two objectives and for the moment he chose the primary of the two. Breaking out prisoners and robbing a treasury were both seemingly gargantuan tasks, but if these people were as rich as suspected it was likely they would have heavy security on the task of protecting it. Dismantling that would require more muscle, and Onley was good at being the muscle.

His identity cloaked as requested by the contractor, Onley wore a black armorweave set topped by a helmet whose ‘face’ was nothing but a mouth full of fangs opened wide to devour. The eyepieces were crafted in to the folds neatly enough to appear seamless, an unsettling sight at best though few civilians were around to see it as they ran for cover when the more zealous of the group charged forward. Onley was a brute, but methodical. As his lightsaber crackled to life, stuttering in an unstable beam that seemed to reach for his targets, he started carving a path through the soldiers that were new to the job - not near cover, too far from their posts in their eagerness to stop the intruders.

A warm-up, really.

NPC POST

There was very little resistance at first. Though that was to be expected in the beginning of any surprise attack. It was all about getting your troops on the ground as quickly as possible and organizing them in a manner that would most efficiently achieve your objective. So when dozens upon dozens of droid carrying drop pods hit the capital city, the streets began to fill with more and more screams of terror as mechanical men with guns were deployed from the pods. Ruthless, efficient, cold blooded mechanical killers with little regard for anything but accomplishing the objective. And right about now the objective was to kill cops and raid the treasury to relive it of its overabundant amount of credits.

"This is Hellboy Three Niner, we are in position. Moving walkers towards treasury." One of the War Dog commanders said as they and a large platoon of its fellow soldiers moved through the city streets.

Large walkers took up position behind the troops as they moved through the streets. Police barricades were blown to pieces and there were no prisoners. War Dogs burst through defensive positions and slaughtered each and every man, slitting the throats of the wounded to save on ammunition. Cost efficiency was important after all. In all honesty it was best to give the War Dogs what they wanted, people would die otherwise. Not just cops either, but innocent people. They cared not for the lives of civilians and they'd sooner blow up a building of civvies than go in to clear it out.

"Approaching objective." One of the War Dogs said over comms as it reached down to grab a wounded officer's head and smash it into the concrete turning their head into street pizza.

Once done dealing with the man the droid would look up to see the planetary treasury less than a kilometer or two away. But as they walked through the city streets towards the objective they'd run into a young man with a friendly IFF known as [member="Onley Xiangu"] who had probably just witnessed the droid turn the officer's brains into scrambled eggs on the streets.

"Organic please provide call sign. Input call sign to register operational command." The droid said in a very straightforward tone.

There was a casual grasp around the handle, green, scaly finger slipping into the trigger guard as the sounds of chaos echoed through the streets. She watched, with orange eyes behind a metallic mask that stretched over her snout, it had been thoroughly covered in anti-reflective materials in order to prevent her from being easily spotted via a shine. Such materials worked, as the flames and blaster fire hadn't caused her mask to light up like crazy. However, behind the visor were two orange predatory eyes, to which twitched about ever so often in search of prey to slaughter, seeing the hectic movement about the city. Sek shifted the butt of the DLT-19 uncomfortably, looking at the streets below.

Where as most got right into the action, Sek had to deal with the crippling urban infrastructure that this sudden battle brought, unfortunately landing (or was it crashing?) within the building she was holed up in now. The War Dogs had spilled onto the streets like they were meant to, exiting the building and onto the street level, taking cover at the entrance and firing onto the oncoming waves of armed law enforcement. She and the droids were surrounded, and in a perfect position- the street was a crossroads. If there was any location to tie up the locals in fighting in, it was here.

Also a good ways to the Christophsis Royal Palace no less, a route in which to take there if she needed to retreat. But not now, not yet. She played with the trigger of her DLT-19, watching as more and more of the armed locals would reinforce their siege against the building she sat in. While the enemy numbers kept building up in preparation for an oncoming assault, the War Dogs would continue to take casualties, their mechanical bodies breaking and melting from all the blaster fire. As the locals seemed just about ready to clean out the entire structure in their offensive, Sek had an excited, predatory glint in her eyes as a gleeful smile took place behind her mask.

A hail blaster bolts shot down from the building's upper floors, some four stories up from the ground level. Purely automatic, no pause, without a doubt it was a DLT-19 on full auto, the amount of blaster bolts per second overwhelming for anything lesser. Her finger squeezed the trigger tighter and tighter, watching as armed natives would scramble for cover, or fall to the ground as a red bolt hit their frame. Every hit took some form of exceptional satisfaction, a successful hunt, a point to the Scorekeeper. Pure adrenaline coursed through the Trandoshan's body as she kept firing, still on fully automatic as the red bolts went all across the crossroads, keeping anyone who thought of running pinned down, and anyone who was out in the open dead- at least, that is what she hoped.

Scruffy Lookin’ Nerfherder
Palace Hangar > Palace Proper

After the last incident on Christophsis the Galactic Alliance decided that it might be in their best interests to send a bit more than words of encouragement to the government, but a bit less than a garrison. They sent me. More specifically, they sent four GADF Space Ops Marines to secure Alliance interests on the planet.

I look over at the red indicator on my data pad and read the report. Another incursion. I want to look outside to see what we are dealing with, but there are priorities.

"Squad, gear up. Red alert."

The other three marines look at me and nod in silent affirmation. It takes us a few minutes to put on our armor. Too long. Always too long. With everything in place I grab my sonic carbine from the rack and signal the others to follow me. We move off our shuttle and toward the palace.

"Priority is to protect VIP civilians and figure out what we are dealing with. Corporal Rys, you patched in to their comms?"

"Yes sir, looks like the incoming cruisers are from the Black Tie Syndicate."

A notorious group of criminals.

"They will be going for the treasury. Can you get a line to the princess?"

"Lotta traffic, but I'll get you one."

"Good man."

I know they will be coming down in drop ships soon, but my spine goes cold when I spot walkers descending in the middle of the city. Four marines against a pirate fleet, not the best odds. Can't say I have ever been in a worse spot, except the time I basically died. I wonder if I can still die, or if they will figure out some way to reload my consciousness back into whatever they piece together. The thought scares me worse than the walkers. I don't think I want immortality any more than the men and woman beside me want it. We just want to do our jobs and get everyone home safe.

That is what I tell myself. Is it convincing?

Nate wasn't with her. Blonde wasn't a huge fan of that to be honest. The woman liked Nate and he seemed like an individual that she'd want to have with him in a firefight and perhaps to "celebrate" with after a mission. And by celebrate she meant have wild crazy debouched intercourse in the back of a getaway speeder. Not that Blonde had feelings for him or anything, her husband was probably dead and she was still a woman with needs. But enough about Miss Blonde's love life, it was time to do what she did best. Kick ass and crime the crap out of people.

"Nate. Get here now." Blonde said over the comms to the [member="Nate the Bounty Hunter"]

When her dropship touched down along with a few other war dog pods, most people would assume that Blonde would have the traditional lowering of the ramp to let out some men to go kill some guards and fandango her way into the prison. But Blonde was a more unconventional woman and preferred to do things in a more unique fashion.

So when the ramp dropped the armored woman stepped down from the ramp and next to her was a man in a black suit and tie holding a grenade launcher.

"I got the thing!" He said as he raised up the launcher.

Blonde simply let out a sigh and shook her head towards the man.

"No, the other one." Blonde said as she shooed the man back into the ship.

After a few moments the orange haired man would return with a large anti tank rocket launcher planted firmly on his shoulder. He flashed a smile at Blonde looking for some form of approval from the woman.

"No, get the big one!" Blonde said as she pinched the bridge of her nose where the helmet covered.

Another few moments passed and soon the sound of heavy footsteps would approach and coming down towards the ramp was a mobile artillery cannon capable of destroying AT-ATs with ease. Standing besides it was of course the orange haired man with a smile plastered on his face.

"That's what I'm talking about." Blonde said as she gave a thumbs up and headed towards the back of the ship.

They would soon aim the good sized canon at the walls of the detention center away from the cell block where Nate and Jessica were located. There were a few moments of silence before Blonde once more chimed in with a remark.

"Alright boys. Close your eyes and count to &$#%" Blonde chuckled and then gave the order to fire.

The cannon roared as a shell fired striking the side of the prison to take a huge chunk out of the wall itself. It began to crumble and break and as it did, Blonde and her unconventional self flew out of the ramp riding a speeder bike with six others behind her through the gap and into the halls of the detention facility.

Explosions and blaster fire, sounds that Xiarr had grown very familiar with, it was a part of his life and had always been since his early years. But, on the rim world of Christophsis, it was relatively unexpected. Xiarr just wanted to restock and hit the road once more, but it seemed the planet was being raided. Xiarr should have just cloaked his presence and waited for the storm to pass, but seeing an entire family being burnt to a crisp changed his mind. Pirates were the scum of the galaxy, the where ruthless and uneducated, and only cared about credits, and had a lust for power that could never be contained. Xiarr watched as the security officers fell like dominos, they were no match for the War Dogs and mercenaries.

Xiarr rushed into the action, he activated his lightsaber and deflected incoming blaster bolts, covering the escape of a few security guards. Xiarr slowly began to back up, hoping there would be more people willing to fight with him at the palace...

Petrovska was in his own vacation home in Chaleydonia when they came. The attacks were happening from all around, to any side he looked he could see fighting. Bastards, cowardly little karks. These criminals came to reap what was left of Christophsis, take what little they had. It had not been long since the attack by the Confederacy, and now this. The sons of bitches had come to defenseless merchants and miners to feed their insatiable greed. Petrovska would not stand for this, his army may be gone, the only defense poorly armed policemen desperately trying to save their home. He could only do one thing, fight.

The Imperator turned to his guest, the lovely [member="Priscilla Genesis"], "Miss Genesis, I am afraid we will have to cut this meeting short, I thank you for your offers, but you must leave alone, only with your guards. At this time your ships are either captured, destroyed, or far behind enemy lines. My guards will take you to one of my emergency vessels, where you will be taken off system, if they can break their blockade. God's speed." Petrovska shook the Pantoran's hand before rushing off to the landspeeder the two had arrived in. The guards protecting the perimeter of his home quickly piled into the roofed speeder before setting off back to the Blue palace, not nearly complete from the last attack. The most senior of the bunch, Lieutenant Janissary, spoke up as the speeder's engines roared to life, "Imperator, we are being attacked everywhere, these pirates came prepared. They have a large fleet in orbit, cities everywhere are being attacked, but most of their firepower is being concentrated here on Chaleydonia." The soldier paused for a moment as her received new reports via commlink, "I've just gotten news that the pirates have broken into detention center A2, and their forces are heading towards the palace and treasury sir." All hope seemed to drain from his bodyguards' faces. Petrovska could not blame them. But something had to be done.

The landspeeder skidded to a stop at his palace, Petrovska, and his bodyguards piling out. They had narrowly avoided any conflict as the palace hadn't been totally surrounded as of yet, but that would not last. The Imperator grabbed the lieutenant by the collar of his uniform, "Send out a message via the emergency broadcast channel, execute plan 8, destroy all places of high value, from the main treasury to the crystal depots. Take it all out, and go." Petrovska began to walk away but recalled one last order he wished to give, "Once all HVTs are destroyed, have all remaining armed forces, from citizen fighters to all that remains of the army, to come here for the last stand, we'll give those damned pirates a run for their money." The officer saluted before finding a comms station to relay this too. Other soldiers and policemen scrambled about the palace preparing defenses, using debris and the steel supports as cover for the incoming enemies. They were going to fight to the last man, even the Imperator was prepared to put his life down for his home, no one would do anything to his beautiful planet if he had anything to say about it.

Causstik withdrew a phrik bowie knife and grabbed a nearby fallen officer by the hair. He hefted the tuft up just above the ground. He placed the blade to the beginning of the scalp and slowly carved his way deep into the man's head. The scalp came free with a wet tear.

Then something caught his eye. A pod larger than the rest landed nearby. Shortly afterwards a large explosion could be seen shaking the prison walls, followed by multiple speeders. Causstik stood up from his kill and attached the scalp to one of the many chains that lined his waste. He was wasting time. He needed to get into the prison and quick.

He commandeered a nearby speeder and raced towards the now smoking crater in the prison’s walls. Wind whistled by Causstik as he kicked the speeder up to top speed. Men below took pot shots at him, but they all went wide. He dodged through street blocks and he even managed to hit a officer en route. The man hit the front of the vehicle with a splat and Causstik found himself irritated at the fact their was no windshield wipers.

A blood soaked Causstik entered the confines of the prison and decelerated. He was still going to fast. He dove off the vehicle and landed in a roll. The vessel exploded as it impacted with a nearby wall.

Prisoners every where had begun to riot as the resulting Chaos became apparent. Guards had donned riot gear and began firing noxious gases into the seething crowds. Causstik payed no heed to any of it. He marched through the crowds and entered the prison buildings confines.

Several prisoners ran by armed with what appeared to be sharpened spoons. Causstik shook his head at their choice of weaponry, then proceeded to make his way towards a nearby control room. The door was locked and he was forced to open the door the hard way. He pointed his shotgun at the control panel and fired away. The door came open with a hiss and Causstik marched into the room.

Several men were huddled in the corner and only one was armed. He pointed the gun at Causstik and the Trandoshan regarded him with a toothy smile. The voices wormed their way into the grey matter of his brain, as he approached the group at a methodical pace.

Kill them slowly.

The man fired his blaster at Causstik and the weapons bolts were absorbed by the monster’s armor. He grabbed the gun from the man's shaking hand and thrusted his bowie knife into his gut. He fell to the floor with an audible groan. Causstik kicked him with a phrik clad boot and he felt multiple ribs crack. One of the men tried to run for the door and Causstik fired the second shotgun shell into his back. Blood and guts sprayed the wall in front of him and slowly slid down to rest on the ground. He pointed his wrist at the group and fried the rest. They died in intense pain as their skin was seered off their bones. It blistered and peeled away, before finally melting off to rest on the floor, then simply turn to ash.

Causstik turned from the corner and accessed the terminal. The corpses smoldered in the background and the smell of burned flesh still lingered in the air. His tongue flickered outwards hungrily.

She pulled the trigger twice more withing hesitation, steam and heat emitting from the gun as it fell silent, blaster power pack barely providing anything but a weak, irritating electronic noise. The Trandoshan gave a sigh, looking away from the fighting and opening one of the pouches on her belt, fumbling a bit before successfully retrieving it and replacing the empty pack. As the new one was slammed in giving off a familiar charging noise, Sek looked down at the crossroads below, noticing a surge in movement from the local fighters. They weren't attempting to breach her position anymore...they were retreating, and more importantly this gave her the opportunity to get to the Royal Palace and Treasury.

"Odd." a mere thought from her simple mind summarized it all up. Odd. But there wasn't time to chase them down or ponder, they weren't attempting to block the way to the objective anymore, and that was a good enough sign for her. Once more squeezing the trigger, she'd blast as many retreating law enforcement and militia from her position while the upper hand was had. Through the smoke, fire, screaming and dust they'd fade, the only noise left was the echoes of their equipment thumping against their bodies as they retreated from the crossroads. Once the last of them had fallen out of view, Sek would move toward the nearest elevator shaft and hold onto the cable, sliding her way down to ground level.

Rushing through the dust and ruins that was the building's lobby, it's walls now seeming to be nothing more than holes and scorched black as torn apart furniture and fancy tables would be strewn about everywhere, light form the outside shining through the doors. Once the Trandoshan got close enough, the doors would automatically open, and Sek would be confronted with the cold air blowing harshly through the streets and the distant echoes of battle, War Dogs walking past with their metallic steps as they too were making their way to the Treasury. It felt unsettling to be on the streets like this, vulnerable and easily ambushed but there was no choice in how else they'd get their job done.

Observing the scenery for only a moment, Sek would then follow in the footsteps of the War Dogs hesitantly, looking back at the battlefield once before moving through the ruined and potentially abandoned streets on their way to the objective. Blissfully unaware [member="Petrovska Crystall"] 's order was about to make that Palace and Treasury a lot less lucrative, and make this raid a lot more dangerous.

Koda had overheard a conversation at the Temple about the planet Christophsis being put under attack. At that point, Koda couldn't hold it and she ran, grabbing her lightsabers and her cape and she ran off into her ship, punching in coordinates rather quickly along with a few other handles and switches and then she cranked the lever forward and the stars mixed into a blur as she blasted off into Hyperspace.

While in hyperspace, Koda paced her ship, trying to come up with a plan that could help her and whoever else was helping. About an hour or two later, or what felt like hours, the indicator told her that she was about to emerge from hyperspace and she ran to the cockpit, going cray with buttons, switches and levers until she emerged from hyperspace.

Koda lowered her ship to the surface and completed the landing process, before checking for her blasters and her lightsabers and then she followed the sound of laser blasts. Once she got there, she came beside what she believed was another Jedi and she assisted him in blocking laser blasts.
