Could someone explain to me how long until Doms are complete? I don't quite understand the difference between Tier 1/2/3/etc.

I'm guessing you have to meet a certain post count?

[member="Myles Vylumnar"] - Certain post count within a certain amount of time. The staff announcement has a link somewhere clarifying as the time frame thing is fairly newly done.

The following requirement has been implemented as a timeline for a T2 escalating into a T3. Changes are below in green.

Change: To reach Tier 3 the requirements must be met within 30 days of the dominion reaching Tier 2

Reason: Gives 30 days max timeframe for a Dominion to move from a T2 to a T3.

Any Minor Faction Can Join: Yes.

To reach Tier 3 the requirements must be met within 30 days of the dominion reaching Tier 2
