Shorarri watched as those below the palace steps miled about. The time was soon at hand and Shorarri could sense the anticipation. It was palpable, the waiting, the anxiety in the air. Above it all Shorarri could smell the fear. He too was anxious. With his battle rage lost, it was now replaced by the cold reality that death could embrace him at any second. He was snapped out of his worriesome stupor as [member="Owazza"] spoke to him. [Yes, one day our people will be free. And I have no doubts it will be we who frees them. We will return home as saviors!] Shorarri exclaimed excitedly. Thinking of home was enough to replace his worries with new found resolve. It reminded him of why he fought. It reminded him of the freedom his people would one day have.

"<I am not one of your whores Zaz. I do not like it.>" The warlord growled, his patience thoroughly tried. The young Mandalorian had always been a bit wild. It was was why he had been assigned to Owazza - unlike most officers, the wookie could handle it. Even still, he had his troubles when dealing with the childish Tal'verda boy. He might have been an adult by his own customs, but by Owazza's Zaz was little more than a pup with a gun. <"Indeed we will. At the head of a Dominion Star Destroyer no less.>" Owazza growled in quiet agreement, his brow furrowing as he watched the battle in the skies. There was Zaz, and behind him came three pursuers.

Owazza cursed.

"<There is our idiot Shorarri," Owazza grumbled as he shouldered his bowcaster. "<Help me put down those insects that follow him so that we can get this over with,>" The wookie fell silent as he took aim. A few heartbeats passedl Owazza took the shot.

The single bolt streaked through the air and caught one of Zaz's pursuers just above the heart. She fell to the earth in a flaming heap.

"<Learn to kill faster!"> Owazza shouted at Zaz through the comm.

"Push for the center?" Kentarch said as he looked at the center of the enemy formation. Kentarch raised up his arms and summoned the force itself. The battle around him fueled his passion, the rage, the suffering, the death. His stance shifted so he faced the center of the enemy lines. Then with startling whoosh he sent a devastating area wide telekinetic attack, a force wave. The tide of telekinetic energy slammed into enemy defenses. Soldiers were thrown off their feat, emplacements were shattered, armored vehicles had flipped or rolled over.

Kentarch looked back at [member="Drox Fuga"]. "One enemy center formation disrupted." He said with a cold tone.

Shorarri listened to [member="Owazza"] quiet agreement and nodded. Yes, a fleet of great proportions Shorarri thought to himself. Shorarri listened as Owazza said something about the village idiot and pointed to a distant speck in the sky. The speck was soon revealed to be a Mandalorian, but unlike the rest he sported a Dominion call sign. He was also being pursued by three other Mandos. Shorarri sheathed his sword on his back and withdrew his bowcaster from its place at his hip. He took aim at one of the enemy Mandos and carfully charged his blast for greater range. He let loose and the shot raced towards the Mandalorian. It hit the mans Jet pack and he went careening into the ground. Shorarri grinned in delight as the man spun wildly towards the earth.

He fondles foes viciously.

As Grace finally reached the other two, she paused, deflecting the occasional blaster shot sent their way. Break the center? They could do that. It would take some effort, but she was sure that the three of them could make a rather sizable dent in the enemy lines...

And then the Force wave tore from [member="Rainer Altman"], throwing soldiers, vehicles, and even the sandbags they hid behind away from them like they were plastic toys. A laugh burst from her, quick and short, before she turned to the man. "I don't think he meant literally." With a small eye roll and a smile, she began to move to the downed troops, gun raised. "Good work, though."

Zaz's circle around the capitol had resulted in another of his pursuers being picked off by [member="Owazza"] and his damned bowcaster.

Now it was a challenge.

The Mandalorian grunted at the words spoken from the Wookie before muttering to himself. "Want me to kill faster, you walking carpet?" Immediately the Mandalorian flew up towards the sky, his final pursuer veering up towards the blue abyss with him. As they flitted past clouds and the air slammed into his helmet the Mandalorian smirked. Tapping a button on his gauntlet he felt his jetpack's power cells die down and cut off the flames propelling him into the sky.

Zaz flipped around, falling back towards the Mandalorian who pursued him. Though the man's jetpack was powerful it was nothing against the two-hundred plus crushing weight of Zaz falling back down on the man. Catching the man in a bear hug he laughed as the jetpack began to sputter and falter underneath the weight. In time the piece of equipment stalled out and the two began to fall back towards the planet. "You're crazy!" The man yelled out at Zaz.

"Yea, but you're dead." As they came flying towards the ground Zaz planted a vibroknife in the man's jetpack, effectively disabling it. He pushed away from the man after giving a mock salute.

Restarting his jetpack he felt himself slow his approach to the ground, his eyes peeled as the Mandalorian raider flew towards the ground, slamming into the concrete and ending his life immediately. Zaz could not help but chuckle before flying out towards the capitol building once more. "Ok, Done. Come on boys, Commander needs his flea bath soon." He stated over the comm unit.

Drox stood there as Altman broke not just the enemies line, but their flanks and the rear guard. This was something that was amazing as well as surprising. He didn't have the time react as it seemed that a female Force User came from behind him while he was glued to the destruction he just witnessed. They seemed to have some kind of joke between the two of them as she laughed at the matter of him blowing the enemy away. Drox just stood there, not getting the joke and decided to give the order instead.

He turned to a rebel runner and told him, "Encircle the Capital Building and cut off capture the nearby Space Port, we will take care of the Warlord." The runner went to inform the other Rebel Leaders. This battle was for those loyal to the Dominion, pride for the Force Users to enjoy beating up the enemy. "Your sense of humor is a mystery to me, but we should continue to push toward the Commander."

"<Stupid, stupid...>" Owazza grumbled to himself, shaking his head. They weren't going to wait any longer. Fuga's team had done well to keep the bulk of the Mandalorian force off their backs, but they could not maintain that forever. No, it was do or die now. Owazza slammed a new power pack into his bowcaster and tilted his head toward the steps that led into the inner palace. With a grunt, the warlord stepped forward. "<We move now. Talorin dies this day.>"

The men moved with him. Above, Zaz was coming in like some kind of comet. Owazza regarded him with an annoyed glare and a gesture of his fingers that meant a number of colorful things across numerous languages. True to his word, the Wookie marched on.

The upper tiers of the palace's steps had been abandoned in favor of hardening the building itself. Things were eerily quiet as the warlord drew forward, his bowcaster held at the ready. The sound of fighting could be heard in the streets below, but this area was relatively peaceful.

"<We must blow the door.>" Owazza stated as they reached the top. The moment they crested the stairs, a wall of blaster fire erupted from every window of the capital building. Owazza shouted in surprise, a bolt scathing his side before he could slide back into cover. "<Damn them! Zaz, Shorarri, get a launcher from one of the men and tear those window apart.>"

"Well how else was I supposed to 'push for the center'?" Kentarch asked in snide tone to [member="Grace Darkson"].

"My sense of Humor?" The ex-Sith turned to Drox, but quickly let the subject drop. Drox's strategy of encircling the capital building was sound. He looked at the girl scout and Drox, then came up with an idea. "We will breach the front doors." He stated bluntly.

Reach up to his comm in his ear, he realized it was busted. "Kark." He said in frustration, the device had shorted out. "Need to get in touch with my intelligence apparatus, Dolos Defense Agency."

Pointing to soldier he order him to bring a communicator. Kentarch dialed up the frequency and opened a channel.

Welcome to Dolos Defense Agency Customer Support, thank you for choosing us! The comm played the automated response to Kentarch's frustration. Please listen to all numerical prompts before making a selection!
For illegal data deliveries press one!
For terrorist supplies and weapons press two!
For complaints and suggestions press three!
For contracts and assistance on coups and assassinations press four!
To get rates on credit laundering press five!
To speak with customer service representative press seven!

Kentarch suddenly realized that the situation was conflicting in terms of the automated prompt, as options 2 and 4 both technically could be considered the same. "This may take a minute."

Shorarri marched cautiously forward as they made their way towards the palace doors. All was quiet like the eye of the storm. Battle like violent winds raged all around them, but here it was utterly calm. It disturbed Shorarri and he sensed something was amiss. As they drew closer the windows of the palace exploded in a hail of gunfire. Shorarri ducked instinctively, but their was little cover along the palace steps. Shorarri fired blindly with his bowcaster and [member="Owazza"] ordered him to find a rocket launcher. Shorarri ran down the steps and blaster fire raced after him. He reached the bottom, and aquired a rocket launcher from one of the many heavy ordinance crates lying around. Shorarri took aim with the massive gun and fired at one of the windows. The rocket whistled through the air and exploded on one of the palaces upper story floor's windows. Shorarri let out a pleased growl and prepared to reload his rocket for another shot.

Drox listened to the somewhat odd request, but he needed to get a second to assist the rebels before they could get a proper encirclement. He looked for a proper seat atop some rubble where he pulled out his long rifle and started to take pot shots at the enemy that where confident enough to show their head. He planned to help the Rebel Leaders that sent runners to him to receive orders in how to surround the Mandalorian held capital building. These rebels were new to this whole fighting thing, Drox felt like he would have to hold their hands the whole time.

Drox looked over to Altman, "I guess you can take your time, but lets move on after this."

Owazza muttered a string of curses as his wound was treated. The medtech looked over the damages to his side with a careful eye. She was one of the many Mirilians fighting to free her city from Talorin' violent rule, and she was doing her job particularly well. The bleeding had ceased thanks to the bacta strip she had applied to his damaged midriff, though the pain persisted even though the liquid was supposed to dull it. It was just Owazza's luck, really. He ducked low behind one of the courtyard walls as blaster bolts sailed over his head. The loyalists were not going to give up easily.

Something loud thundered just behind him, and Owazza could make out the hulking figure of [member="Shorarri"] standing in the open. A large section of the capital building collapsed in on itself, trapping the warriors it housed inside. The constant storm of enemy fire ceased for but a moment, and Owazza took that time to force himself back up to his feet.

"<They are breaking.>" The warlord observed, "<Press for the doors brothers! We must take Talorin before he can flee!>

Grace looked back at the man, a small look of confusion on her face. Who was he needing to call? Was it really necessary right now? She shook her head, walking over to one of the downed soldiers and staring down at him. Most of them were unconscious, if they were still alive, but one of the mandos didn't seem to get the message that they were done. She smiled, a warm look as he struggled to reach for his blaster. "No, you don't get that." Her voice was almost calming, and she began to dig into his mind as he struggled to get up. Probably a concussion. "You're done." He sighed, his head falling back to the ground with resignation. With a swift motion, she sliced off his head, walking back to the others and finding a relatively blood-free spot on the ground. From a rather large pouch on her belt, she removed a game pad, and booted up The Call of Lotek'k

"Let me know when you're done."

Zaz set down right beside [member="Owazza"], his blaster pistols firing in rapid succession as he set out a field of cover fire. He glanced over to the wookie who seemed to been hit by a round earlier. Zaz took cover beside the Wookie and gestured towards the front entrance. "Try to keep up fuzzy." Zaz rounded their area of cover, letting off another volley of blaster bolts before calling out to [member="Shorarri"] over his comm device. "Hit em again!" He yelled, as he made his approach to the front entrance. The Mandalorian glanced over the blast doors before pressing his shoulder against them, trying to keep away from the blaster fire still aimed towards him.

He counted the thermal charges on his belt as the blaster fire continued to snap around him. "One....two....three....four." He muttered as he began to set them on the main entrance. After securing the charges Zaz made a break for cover, sprinting back to where he had previously been encamped with Owazza. After priming the detonator he glanced over to the Commander. "Fire in the- oh kark it." He interrupted, activating the detonator. He glanced back towards the door, watching as the charges gave off a soft whine before blowing the outer rim of the door off, forcing the rest of it to crumble and shatter from the pressure. "We're in."

"<I suppose we are.>" Owazza grumbled in agreement. With a grunt, the warlord charged over toward the door. His wound was a superficial thing, even if it did hurt like death. It was not going to be slowing him down - not while Talorin still lived. He and a number of the other warriors pinned their backs to either side of the shattered doors. One of the men tossed a flashbang inside. The sudden cries of anguish that followed served as the beacon for their charge. Together, the warriors of the spear head breached the capital building.

Owazza came in roaring, his bowcaster letting forth bolts of red death unto those foolish enough to fight for the Talorins. They had been extended the hand of peace, and they had all made the decision to slap it away. Owazza had no pity for them. One by one, the warriors cleared the rooms. Losses were particularly heavy, but they were heavier still on the side of the enemy. Owazza had little trouble moping up the remnants of the Mirilian defenders. The Talorin chieftain was using this time to ready his escape in the hangers below. Of that, Owazza had no doubt.

"<Do you Mandalorians always flee?>" Owazza asked of Zaz, "<Or are the Talorin's an exception?>"

Zaz watched as [member="Owazza"] led the breach into the main halls. As soon as the Wookie was through the doorway the Mandalorian followed, his blaster pistols trained on the bodies of the enemies he encountered. The breach was systematic and quick, the damage done and passed he glanced over the remainder of their own soldiers. They were coming thin in numbers and fatigue would set in soon, he had seen it his entire life. The climax of the battle had come and now was their time to act.

As Owazza spoke Zaz passed him, ignoring his remark on Mandalorians for but a moment. He glanced back to the Wookie, gesturing down the hall. "The Talorin's are only Mandalorian in title, they have no heart. Now, unless you want to marry this room let's go." He stated, turning down a flight of stairs.

Zaz did not care for Clan Talorin or their policy, and regardless of how this day would end their Commander would be dead and their clan diminished.

"<Then perhaps you can absorb them once this is all done.>" Owazza mused as he followed after the young Mandalorian. The path to the underground hangers was more akin to a maze than anything else. They would find themselves making odd turns at random angles throughout the complex, though resistance remained strong. Groups of men barred their path at seemingly every juncture, though none were numerous enough to bring down the warriors in totality.

"<They sound like those that resort to their claws on my home world.>" Owazza added, chiming in with bits of conversation between every little skirmish. The warlord had taken to walking at the front now, preferring to have himself in the line of danger rather than his younger comrades. It was just in his nature.

Below, a massive engine rumbled. It was powerful enough to shake the walls, and made Owazza pause, his eyes narrowing...

Zaz found himself pressed against a pillar, loading a new power cell into his blaster pistols. The man exhaled before glancing over to [member="Owazza"] who stood across from him. They had found themselves stopped at a barricade not far from the hanger they searched for. Though their push had been slowed it was far from halted. Zaz rounded the pillar, letting his blaster's sing as they fired down the enemy line. He watched as his blaster bolts collided with his target's chest several times, forcing him to crumple to the ground.

As they advanced Zaz glanced back over to Owazza, calling over as he spoke. "Now or never, we need to finish this!" He called out as he returned his attention to the opposition in front of him.
