Noah looked down at the absolutely massive list of volunteers that came from all branches of the GA to try and enter the 1st DART Regiment. While the Regiment was a unit in the GAMC it was open to all members of the GA. Whether they be Navy, Army, Marine Corps or even SIS they were allowed to throw their hat into the ring and try to pass the tests to become a member of one of the most elite forces in the galaxy.

Looking up from the list of recruits Noah instead looked to the trainers. One hundred of the best veteran Omega Pyre contractors that there was. Many of them had fought from Dahomey to Gehenna and would do it all again if the need arised. Not only that but many of them were in the same boat as Noah having had SOF (Special Operation Forces) experience, whether it be Republic, Imperial, Confederate or other. Combined the instructors had over a millennium of SOF experience, with each on average having at least ten years experience.

The first part of the DART training was a mystery to all the trainees but not to the trainers. For their first part they would be dropped into The Pit, a massive holographic simulator that could simulate any enviroment. For this it would simulate the recent GA assault on the One Sith held Coruscant. None of the trainees knew that this was the case of course and none of them knew this was a test, they thought they were being deployed as the second wave of invasion forces to combat the One Sith. Reaching for his datapad Noah sent a message to the pilots who would ferry the trainees into 'combat' against other Omega Pyre contractors playing the part of One Sith troopers, to avoid death though The Pit had suppression fields like the old Taris Dueling arenas.

"Let the games begin." Noah muttered silently to himself.

Her treadmill session with [member="Sasha Starkos"] one early morning in the Alliance Gym on Sullust had peaked her interest over DART. Sylvia, Rogue Fifteen, pilot for the elite Squadron of the GA, in usual workaholic fashion, and with a dash of bravado, assumed she would be able to squeeze this training in as well and had enthusiastically signed up.

It made sense on flimsiplast: if she had to parachute down to a hot zone, or were ever captured these type of tactical skills would keep her alive. Every Navyperson would stand to become a better soldier right?

Shuttled to Fondor, clad in standard GA armor and wielding a stun blaster, the red-haired pilot would be taken along with the other recruits and veterans alike – although Sasha was certainly not someone Sylvia would consider a “recruit” – and dropped onto the front line of One Sith War Games. Rogue Fifteen hoped to reconnect with the Corellian redhead she’d met in the fitness center that day. Feeling a little out of her depth, her adrenaline rising over being dropped in even a mock battle, Sylvia wondered how she would fare. Would she fold right away or show a tenacious aptitude for ground warfare. Hint, Red Devil, it’s probably the first, she thought.

New to the Galactic Alliance, Aria had never been much of a soldier - a Jedi, certainly, and a warrior of course, but never a soldier - and so had signed up at once when she'd heard of a DART training session available to all members. The faster she could integrate herself among the huge group that was one of the galaxy's main protectors, the better. She was very eager to associate herself with forces of good.

And so, clad in a silver helmet and chestplate and armed to the teeth, Aria was soon on the front lines of a huge, chaotic warzone along with the other trainees, holding a blaster in one hand as she ducked through masses of fellow GA members, trying to avoid being shot. She recognized very few faces, which left her on her own until circumstances threw an ally into the mix, and so she continued to fight her way through the mayhem, hoping that instinct would not fail her.
