Welcoming the Covenant.

Location: Central Governmental Structures.
Solan's eyes focused on the incoming ships as he stood on a Hanger pad some ways away from the main structures where there after those of the Covenant would come. The Buildings that Solan had ordered set aside, three former governmental and research and development buildings would be the home of those Covenant that decided to make this place their home, atleast until they had their own place or they wished to become a citizen of Kesh itself and as such be given the rights of a Keshiri citizen such as owning property in Tahv or elsewhere. The Reason Solan even thought to give them the large buildings themselves was because he knew full well he had not the power to stop them. The planetary shielding and space defenses only went so far against a fleet and he knew resisting would just mean harder lives for his people. These buildings weren't new as well per-say, just simply at the right place at the right time.
While he introduced the covenant to their surroundings he was having an extra shield generator and defensive emplacements built around the place. He wasn't going to let them put his people in jeopardy but he was also not going to simply let the Covenant have to defend their own when it was still his planet they were on. He saw it akin to a symbiotic relationship where he gave them a place and defenses and they would protect the greater world in the way he could not. The only thing that unnerved him was the past of a great deal of their peoples. Sith.
Solan was a rather well known... dissident to the Sith. Fought them enough he was not surprised if those that arrived knew him or not but he was confident those battles would not come over in a situation such as this. Why was simple, these people had come so far and he was sure it was not to simply create another wave of death and destruction that the sith had caused... what he feared though was they would be worse and would become like his old friend Romeo, a weapon and nothing more.
Which ever it was he stood and waited, seeing who it would be that came to see the home they were being given on Kesh, and see what it is to make of these women whom he heard so much about.
([member="Darth Venefica"] and crew, as well as those whom might want to join in from my side.)

Three shuttles landed in tandem on the designated landing pad, with all offensive weapons removed from the shuttles. Most shuttles could scarcely defend themselves against thrown rocks, but Darth Venefica wanted to show that the Covenant of the Black Rose came in peace. Against the wishes of the Black Rose Council, and the Grand Lady herself, she had refused to bring troops with her. An armed escort, no matter how small, could be perceived as the early stages of an invasion, or perceived as threat to these proceedings.
"Wait for my signal before notifying the other shuttles to begin unloading their cargo," she said before leaving the shuttle's cockpit.
Standing in the centre of the shuttle, she looked at the others she had invited to join her. Whether they wished to participate in this extraordinary event or not, they had been brought along to toy with their own decisions to be involved in this day. She said nothing, only gave each one a small fleeting glimpse before disembarking from the shuttle.
Darth Venefica had read once that Kesh was beautiful; and the words she read describing the planet did not do the planet justice in comparison to what her black and red-flecked eyes were witnessing. Kesh was beyond the simple definition of the word beautiful; it was magnificent. Kesh, since the time of the Lost Tribe of the Sith, had not felt the footfalls of Sith, True Sith, upon her soil in centuries. And if fate would allow it, the only Sith to ever walk on Kesh again would be those that waved the banner of the Black Rose.
"Greetings," Darth Venefica announced when her eyes fell on their gracious host.
"I am Darth Venefica....appointed representative of our Grand Lady. A gift from our matron Sister."
A simple nod of her head and one of the shuttle bay doors opened, allowing the ramp to stretch out and feel the surface. A small team of scientists, unarmed by her order, filtered out each carrying a small metal case. The group of scientists stopped a few feet behind the Sith Lady.
"Each case is filled with medical supplies....cures....anti-toxins....and the like. The Grand Lady hopes your people can find good uses for them."
Another nod from her head and the third shuttle followed the same protocol as the second. However, it was citizens that emerged. Each citizen was in perfect health and condition, while dressed in expensive garments. They too stopped behind the Sith Lady.
"Rescued slaves from the labour camps deep in the heart of Sith territory. Each citizen...rudely plucked from their homeworld....and now returned to their proper residence."

One last heavy thud and the shuttle firmly sat on the landing pad, moving no more after its long flight, its engines finally taking their well-deserved rest and falling silent. The gentlebeings within the shuttle had to move on their own now – something Avreet’s been looking forward to throughout the entire journey, calmly awaiting the moment of their arrival. The cramped space of a shuttle did not bother him in the slightest, unlike the menacing signatures of others he had shared the space with. Truly trusting only one certain Togruta Sith Lady out of all people in the galaxy, the Mon Cal found it impossible to shake off the feeling of unease when surrounded by the ones he perceived as Dark Jedi, being acutely aware of their connection to the One Sith did not make him feel any better.

They represented everything he hated about those he called ‘Dark Jedi’, and his recent decision to finally take a stand against the One Sith did not make the situation easier for him. If not for Lady Zarrah, he never would have joined the Covenant; and even now, working alongside them, his loyalty extended to his former teacher and the Sith as a whole, no further! Until the Covenant of the Black Rose proved to be different and distanced itself from the raging beast that was its older brother, Avreet would remain wary of them, distrustful and placing his faith in Zarrah changing these Dark Jedi for the better.

Venefica’s departure from the cockpit and her subsequent arrival among the others was met with nothing but Avreet’s amber stare of silence that lasted no longer than necessary – the amphibious Sith Lord knew many of the self-proclaimed Sith worked like animals, taking a simple stare as a challenge of their authority. One moment later, the Sith Lady padded out of the shuttle and became the first of them to spot the world outside. Veles rose up from the seat and followed after the swamp woman, his mind soon smitten by the beautiful world that opened up for his eyes to witness after the cold confines of the shuttle spat him out. The planet’s picturesque beauty also told the true Sith it’s been left by the One Sith so far, fortunately – they did have a way of turning every planet they touched into a wasteland. If this place were to house the Covenant, Avreet certainly wouldn’t mind.

Letting the representative do the talking, Avreet remained behind, by the shuttles, silent, hands clasped behind his back. The only part of his body displaying any sort of movement was the large head, not hidden beneath the heavy cloak he wore, turning to watch the civilians leaving the flying coffins at [member="Darth Venefica"]’s command. While his eyes focused on them at the moment, the Mon Cal’s ears continued to carefully listen to the talk between the Sith Lady and [member="Solan Charr"], catching every word that’s been said. It wasn't his place or job to speak now - despite the diplomatic talents he undoubtedly possessed.

For now, he became Grima's ears and eyes.

Solan's eyes found themselves first resting on the woman whom exited first and immediately she had dropped into the mood and stance of a diplomat. He was around the Mandalorians too much these days because the moment she did he could help but feel a tiny bit tired over that fact that now she was going to act so formal while the other bits of him hit him upside the head for that. He had to admit it was a bit of a expectation for her to be some blood crazed Sith witch whom just wanted power and he was pleasantly surprised to so far be proven otherwise. First came the medicine, something he would personally study just in case but he did trust her words to a degree, one that he was still careful none the less over. He would not put something into manufacturing if the medicine did more harm than good.

None the less his head dipped in response to them and more surprisingly was those that came after her. Keshiri whom it was none common for him to see but now he was surprised to hear her words. Returning those she could to their homeland, he had to admit it was highly suspicious and he would have to silently make sure that things did not become a problem but for a half moment he actually wondered if she was doing this in honesty. This was very curious in its own right because if she was then it meant she was a rare sheep in the flock that was the sith. A black sheep so to say... or rather a white one compared to the others. As for her companion. That could only make the grin on Solan's face even wider as he stared at the man whom he had once served beside in the vitae before his unfortunate... leaving and apparent betrayal. A rather curious one and had it been he was still one of the Vitae he might have questioned bringing the fishstick. But until that happened again or even at all he would turn his head to look on the space Venefica occupied.

"It is a pleasure to meet you Madam Venefica. Do forgive me for not using the Sith title that you and your colleagues claim. There are a great deal of those that are not so welcoming to the fact the Sith have returned in a way. I mean no disrespect, but there remains that fact of what your people did in the past. We only recently were able to rebuild the Circle Eternal finally." He stared for a few moments and smiled as he directed with his hands to his own private shuttle. "My pilots will return the Medicine and the people to Tahv, the former of which will be brought to a lab to better synthesize and produce it to help with illnesses that my people have succumbed to. Meanwhile i do wish to introduce you to the three spires you see a good deal off, we will be taking a rather ancient form of travel to there but i rather enjoy the ease and beauty of the world and i would wish to further that love by enjoying the sights. I hope you do not disagree with this, there are private hangers at the spire if so and we can take such a way to get there."

He wanted to better know whom it was that stood before him, the fishwas someone he had heard more about rather than knew personally and as for Venefica. She had her own reputation he gathered while fighting for the republic but never had he met her himself and the others whom had possibly come with them. "Will anyone else be joining us? If so we can wait for a few moments before heading off towards the central spire." He focused in on the shuttle behind them, waiting to see if anyone would come out from its depths with a smile on his face. They were going to be entertaining to say the least.

Darth Timoris

To err is human, to forgive divine. And I'm no god
Melori was, as ever, at her Master’s side — albeit a step behind, out of deference. Their shuttles were landing and she wondered what her Master was planning. She was far from an open book and a master strategist. Melori was learning from her — but still found many of her decisions puzzling at first, until all the pieces fell into place.

Such as arriving with cargo and unprotected on this planet. Such as going against the Grand Lady’s wishes. As ever, time would tell. Melori knew better than to question or even enquire. Her learning had to experiential, not gifted to her.

As Darth Venfica spoke, Melori had to stifle a smile. She always seemed to manage to pull off a grand entrance — and this time was no exception.

Solan looked past Venefica and Veles to see one last person arriving to this meeting, his hands coming to his neck and rubbing the back of it while he made sure there were none others to expect. There was something very curious here today, the forms of these three were new in their own way as if he remembered the notes right the fish was very unorthodox as a Sith. As for Venefica and this one whom he could not recognize he simply stood there and stared at them while he made sure everything was ready. Once sure his voice sounded once more. "Ahh, perfect. If im not wrong i do believe we have everyone. Or is someone hiding themselves?" He raised a brow at Venefica for a moment before turning on his feet.

The tram like vessel Solan turned to and started over into was largely glass in terms of its walls, a steel frame holding it together of course but none the less it had wide glass windows. "I do apologize for how open it is, but you really cant see how beautiful the forests and mountains are around us without such a thing." He smiled at them once more, moving into the box and sitting down on a bench that circled the length of the skyline. "It should take five minutes to reach the spires and in that time i would like to talk about what you wish to do here on my home..." He leaned back and would wait for them all to be situated and the car to start moving over the forest towards the spires.

"Well, im sure you know of the past involving this planet and its former inhabitants. The lost tribe, while the better part of your Sith Order ruled over these people for thousands of years, destroyed a great deal of the culture as well and recovering such has been made harder than i thought thanks to the Gulag Plague. I have spent the last years improving trade, defenses and the culture of the Keshiri and i would be more than happy to have the covenant's aid in this as an overseer government that you have become. Im sure you understand my concern for my work being undone and the people of Kesh being returned to that state as before. Now do not get me wrong though, the Lost tribe created many beautiful things and improved the very well being of this planet while at it..." He paused and looked out over the forest as he tapped his hand on his leg.

"My point is, you likely know the side for which i fight on is not the same as you normally. I hold no true stake in who wins the game of galactic domination, i merely care about who is better for the people of the galaxy. As such i am giving you this place in good faith that you will be just as the Lost Tribe in that aspect if not better. Not only that but this planet prides itself on complete economic freedom, as such we have several companies around the galaxy with facilities here including that of Aurora industries, which is owned in part by someone i am sure you are familiar with. This wont be a problem, will it?"
