Aithne Charr
Heir of Fire

Location: Central Governmental Structures.
Solan's eyes focused on the incoming ships as he stood on a Hanger pad some ways away from the main structures where there after those of the Covenant would come. The Buildings that Solan had ordered set aside, three former governmental and research and development buildings would be the home of those Covenant that decided to make this place their home, atleast until they had their own place or they wished to become a citizen of Kesh itself and as such be given the rights of a Keshiri citizen such as owning property in Tahv or elsewhere. The Reason Solan even thought to give them the large buildings themselves was because he knew full well he had not the power to stop them. The planetary shielding and space defenses only went so far against a fleet and he knew resisting would just mean harder lives for his people. These buildings weren't new as well per-say, just simply at the right place at the right time.
While he introduced the covenant to their surroundings he was having an extra shield generator and defensive emplacements built around the place. He wasn't going to let them put his people in jeopardy but he was also not going to simply let the Covenant have to defend their own when it was still his planet they were on. He saw it akin to a symbiotic relationship where he gave them a place and defenses and they would protect the greater world in the way he could not. The only thing that unnerved him was the past of a great deal of their peoples. Sith.
Solan was a rather well known... dissident to the Sith. Fought them enough he was not surprised if those that arrived knew him or not but he was confident those battles would not come over in a situation such as this. Why was simple, these people had come so far and he was sure it was not to simply create another wave of death and destruction that the sith had caused... what he feared though was they would be worse and would become like his old friend Romeo, a weapon and nothing more.
Which ever it was he stood and waited, seeing who it would be that came to see the home they were being given on Kesh, and see what it is to make of these women whom he heard so much about.
