- The Mand'alor is named by the Council of Advisors (Wue'gi'vode) any challenger to the claim of leadership must first make their intention known to the Council prior to any official challenge.
- If the Mand'alor is killed, incapacitated or otherwise unable; decisions requiring the Sole Ruler will be made by the appointed "Warmaster" (Current Warmaster: [member="Kaine Australis"])
- All Mando'ade wishing to join will be offered amnesty, Cin Vhetin, absolving them of past crimes, on the final discretion of the Mand'alor.
- Force Sensitivity is allowed within the Empire. Force Sensitive individuals are not to use the Force on the capital planet of Mandalore.
- Kadikla: Act with prudence for the ecological stability of the Empire & attack with vengeance to those who would harm us.
