Twenty Years Ago. . .
In the middle of nowhere on Tatooine, a young Miraluka was trudging across the sands, fuming. For you see, only a few hours ago, she had abandoned her Jedi Master, who had shot down her claims one too many times. He clearly had no idea what he was talking about, of course she should be Grandmaster of the Jedi Order! She was so much more powerful than any of those pesky Jedi, and besides; Grandmaster Mordred had a nice ring to it. It wasn't her fault that they were too foolish to recognize her greatness, too afraid of her power to follow her.
Mordred looked around her, her fury radiating from her Force signature as she fumed to herself. She had made a promise to her "Master"; she would be back, and when that happened, she would destroy the Jedi, and then they would see her power!
As the Miraluka raved to herself, she began to sense something. . . strange. Something. . . dark. Mordred pursed her lips in curiosity, and decided to seek out the strange presence, a hand on her lightsaber. After all, it was the first time since she left her Master that she had an actual goal in mind.
