SPECIAL FEATURES

• Heart of the pendant is a personalized version of the Sigil Beads, including all of it's materials, benefits, and drawbacks:
  • Unique, hand carved design.
  • Songsteel-Silver blend provides personal attunement and softens it to a more suitable carvability.
  • Healing Crystal inlays allows owner to heal major injuries; limited (see weaknesses).
  • Carved with shield projection rune, allows owner to project a force shield for a couple seconds; also limited (see weaknesses).
• Woven macrame cord made from fibers of Bluth from Iridonia and Moonflowers from Eshan, dyed in Norris Root to help keep it protected from being severed.
• Has a small piece of muted blue Nishalorite Stone imbedded into the metal loop at the top of the bead which glows when facing magnetic north.

STRENGTHS

• Small But Mighty: These beads are about the size of a small marble. Because of their size, they can be concealed or worn in whatever way the owner desires.
• Shield Me From Harm: A rune carved into the uinque pattern of each bead provides the owner with the ability to project a shield that can encompass only themself (This cannot protect from large falling objects, suffocation, falling, etc.).
• Life Finds A Way: The Healing Crystal's in the bead provide an avenue to heal wounds that general first aid wouldn't be able to fix, providing the owner with a chance at survival—or providing survival for another—in a dire situation that wouldn't otherwise be there.
• Lost Will Be Found: Nishalorite Stone piece in the metal loop of the bead gives off a blueish silver glow when facing a planet or celestial body's magnetic north and can be used in conjunction with it's connection to the force to help the owner find their way around.

WEAKNESSES

• Only You: Though it can be used by both force sensitives and non force sensitives because of it's attunement to living aura rather than force affinity, it is bound to one specific aura alone. Only the owner will ever be able to use it. To others, it is just a fancy carved bead.
• Handle With Care: The combination of Songsteel with Silver for attunement and carvability make the beads fragile and prone to cracks or breakage when dropped, shot, put under enough pressure, etc.
• One At A Time: Only one effect—either the healing crystals or the runes—can be used at one time, not both.
• Take Your Time: Attuned to and charged by the aura of the owner, once one of the effects of the bead (the healing and shielding effects, not including the nishalorite stone glow) has been used, it cannot be used again until after a significant amount of time has passed so it can build up enough attunement charge.
• Null And Void: Though they can be used by a non force user, their primary function is still of the force given the nature of the materials used in construction. As such, Force Nullification would render their effects useless.

Hand carved and made by Azurine Varek as mainly a birthday gift, though also to be used as an engagement gift, for Everest Vale . The bead at the heart of the pendant is completely unique and specific to Eve, the hand carved patterns being etched out with a mixure of Iridonian symbolic patterning, Force sigil embellishment, and crystal sockets where polished fragments of Healing Crystals are inlayed into the metal base. Nishalorite Stone in the metal loop of the bead adds a subtle blue shimmering accent to it.

Designed to reflect the essence of the person she considers like a little sister, symbols are etched into the surface, whites and shimmering opaque colors painted into the metal grain with the shapes tailored to envoke calming selfless love, quiet strength, and joy through Iridonian cultural patterning and an inclusion of a very specific rune. The cord that holds it is woven from fibers made from bluth, one of the few native flowering plants of Azzie's homeworld, and the beautiful silver moonflower of Eve's homeworld. Intended to symbolize the familial bond shared between them—souls born from different worlds, different times, woven together not by blood but by choice—and made unbreakable by being dipped in norris root dye.

Hand made with days of work and traveling in order to get the materials needed to craft it, the pendant is a show of love and loyalty to someone she holds dear. It's meant not only to provide hope in dire moments, but to be a reminder that even in the bleakest times one can always find their way back home and provide a piece of Azzie's own light (which she poured into it's creation over the time it took to carve) as a guiding point to do so.
