So if you want it from someone, I doubt they will give it to you without knowing what you are using it for. its a highly requested item that many people want. So, generally people will just to do a raid or something on the Mandalorians. But, with what it sounds like, You need alot. So buying would be cheaper.
Still, I recommended not using Beskar simply because of the means to acquire this.
Cus what I stated above, is what I would do if I were to sell it. Huge payments, and you have to disclose the information about what it is.
