  • Padded Boots: Possessing no mystical properties, the boots are padded and soft-soled, allowing the user to more effectively sneak undetected.
  • Good against Blasters: The Vylmiran Hunters typically face off against blasters more often than not in their day to day life, so their armor is imbued specifically to ward against blaster fire.
Weaknesses:
  • Light Armor: The armor is very light, and not designed to take a beating.
  • Force Imbued: If subjected to a Ysalamiri bubble, the armor's defenses will completely fail for the duration.
  • No Defense: The armor offers no protection against Sonic, EMP/Ion, or Elemental damage.
DESCRIPTION
Dating back to before Vylmira was a colony, the Vylmiran Hunters have existed on the planet. Living in harmony with the local wildlife, the Hunters began to develop their own traditions and way of life. When the Miraluka Colony came to the world, the Hunters befriended them, trading with them and helping ease their transition to the planet. Though the Hunters never became a recognized part of the Vylmiran military, they are still fierce protectors of Vylmira.

The armor itself predates the Sith Incursion, having become part of the tradition of the Vylmiran Hunters. Crafted from Leather and reinforced with an Imbuement process, the Hunter Armor can withstand considerable abuse at the hands of modern technology. Used first and foremost as equipment for hunting, the armor is very light and agile, emphasizing the ability to move quietly, and see before one is seen.

The Armor is held in high regard, and outsiders are only permitted to wear it with the approval of the hunters. Wearing the armor without permission is grounds for death on Vylmira. However, being granted permission to wear the armor is synonymous with being accepted as a friend and ally of Vylmira. The right to wear the armor can only be earned through service to Vylmira, or on behalf of others, with a Hunter's approval.

[member="Voph"], This armor looks really cool, and adds a bunch to the lore of what you are working on. However, due to the rules stating that Force imbued items cannot be made above Semi-unique UNLESS sufficient evidence is given that it is worth being over this. So here is what I would like to see.

Add a little bit more to the description about why the hunters use this specific form of Force imbuement, and how they discovered it or whatever you feel will encapsulate the idea that this tradition has been going on for a time.

Secondly, add in a notation that this ability

The helmet increases the wearer's adeptness at concealing their presence in the Force,
Doesn't make you invisible just because you pull up your hood. It when you actively use the force, and are trained in that aspect.

Otherwise, this submission is really cool and I dig the hell out of it.

[member="Voph"], You are more than welcome to keep them if you have liked, however, if you do decide to remove the Force Imbued aspect, then you are missing a few mentions of it.
