[*][SIZE=9pt]Description[/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]: Due to the savage nature of close quarters combat, Dingoes undergo more training than the average member of the VSF, only earning their place in the ranks of the company after fighting with a battle master of the VSF. Equipped with only a blaster pistol for enemies out of rear and melee weapons both lethal and less than lethal, they are designed to clear or defend buildings, or take on a saber wielding force user who might attack their squad. While not on the same level as most force users, their skill in close quarters does offer a fighting chance should they find themselves face to face with a lightsaber swinging dark jedi. Utilizing their lightfoils as well as their close range weapons which have been specifically designed to be difficult for a saver to defend against, the VSF Jackal will usually attempt to end the encounter with a shot either from their sonic pistol, or scattergun before resorting to their lightfoil to defend themselves, and possible run their opponent through. In addition to their training against lightsabers, Jackals also go extensive mind exercises to avoid having their minds easily penetrated by mind tricks. They are also taught to aim for the source of the mystical power, meaning that instead of clawing uselessly at their throats during a force choke, they will instead go for their side arm and attempt to shoot whatever force user is putting pressure on their windpipe.[/SIZE]
