Vong Tech/Species Permissions?

I've done a little research on Chaos with my recent interest into a possible Vong character, but with how powerful they were it seems they should be knocked off the option block. I'm sure there has to be some things of the Vong that aren't allowed... but not sure what, if any. Am I able to make a Vong and make Vong ships and such? Obviously, following the rules of the board...?

The Yuuzhan Vong and their technology has been wrote out quite a few times here on Chaos, namely that of the One Sith and their Hrosha-Gul & Legion Yun'do sub-factions. There's currently no restrictions on roleplaying as this species and most of their technology is canon and not restricted, though Worldships and superweapons might be conversation topics for another time.

But yes, you're free to use them! Just do it respectfully and have fun, my guy.
