Strengths:

• Heavily manned - The Station has a large population, and a sizeable onboard defence force of droids, making it very hard to board.
• Command Centre - The Alpha Station provides a command hub for the CIS's droid forces, and a place for CIS commanders to stay in safety whilst battles are taking place, but still stay in easy contact.
• Luxurious - Due to the high-ranking nature of many of the inhabitants of the station, the station itself is fitted with many luxurious accommodations and areas.

Weaknesses:

• Nerve Centre - The Station carries the leadership of the CIS, and the control hub for nearly all of it's droid forces. If the station is destroyed, the whole army will be severely crippled.
• Immobile - The station itself cannot move at all once it is in position, making it an easy target for enemies. Though it can use it's weak hyperdrive to move between sites, during a battle it is pretty much trapped, as the hyperdrive is slow and hard to recharge.
• ​Open Hangers - Much like old Trade Federation Core Ships, the hangars are open and relatively undefended, allowing agile enemy fighters access to the inner station.

Description: The Void Station project was started to create a network of command stations, that could easily control CIS forces, wherever necessary. The Alpha Station was rapidly completed with the help of many supporting companies, and soon put into use. The station itself houses a crew of over 300 officials, with approximately 1000 droids also onboard. Due to this, there is a large accommodation area, as well as luxury recreational areas for the higher-ranking officers. Large command rooms dominate the rest of the station, keeping track of the movements of the forces of the entire Confederacy, and given commands and data to troops in the field. The station holds supplies for over 3 months, due to the possibility of an extended conflict. There is a main hanger for smaller star fighters to be kept, as well as docking ports for larger craft.

As I understand it, the Techno Empire is a minor faction, which brings the following rule into play:

1. Minor factions are permitted unique, PC-captained ships up to a length of 1,000 meters

From what I've been able to see, Stations are counted as ships, which means that this station's size will have to come down to being 1000 meters or less. Alternatively, this could remain the same size if a faction or company capable of supporting this size of a station adopts it.

I've linked Ringovinda Starboards, a Tier 4 Company. Rereading the rules, I have changed the length to fit with a T4 Company sized ship.

Please change the affiliation to "Ringovinda Staryards" then, since they will actually own it. Of course, there is nothing that will prevent the CIS from using it with Ringovinda's permission.
