Within the Void, found resting on a short pedestal of black stone at the top of an obsidian tower that swallowed all sound, the object appears as a small, lightless black orb. It is completely absent of light. Upon reappearing in the Naboo countryside, King Aurelian Veruna II took immediate control of the anomaly site alongside High Republic forces, shifting it from a closed spiritual matter into a recognized strategic priority. Lorn and Bastila reappeared after weeks within the Void (only hours for them) as the Void closed in the countryside. It left only mysteries with Lorn holding onto the Void Artifact. The High Republic and Jedi Order from there, dedicated their respective teams to testing and studying the Artifact.
