[SIZE=9pt]Acting directly under the Vitae government, the VSF is as much a political agency as it is a personal company. This closeness with the Vitae’s government branches (Namely the Veran Senate and the Armis militia), ensures that the VSF does not fight for the wrong person, preventing the use of blood money that could lead them away from the Vitae code of Life Freedom and Unity.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]While the VSF is currently too small to create their own weaponry, they work closely with the Vitae’s senatorial branch to procure contracts with arms companies. This communication with the senate is also what guides them in their actions as all missions are approved by the Humanitarian council, as well as the Military council. Should a mission be so grand that the VSF is obligated to work without actual payment to the company (such as in the case of Akala somehow reappearing or the sith threatening to wipe out a species), then Vulpesen himself with enact the order to act.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]While the VSF may be called upon or requested by any power, they will only act if the senate declares it a just call, or if the mission directly involves Veradune or the Vitae Alliance. While the just call may be as simple as providing a bouncer to a well-liked night club, it can also include security detail for a high-level official from major faction. Requests are sent via direct communication, holocall, or holonet message to the Vitae Senate.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]Revenue for the VSF is earned through a combination of confiscated materials, bounties, and payments from those that hire them for lesser services. Any non-dangerous items that are taken during a mission (Ie. The speeder bike of a well-known criminal) are soon sold to increase the profit of their mission and make up for losses that are gained from their more charitable actions.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=9pt]After its failure as a leading power in the galaxy, Vulpesen spent almost two years rethinking the path of his beloved alliance within the Galaxy. It was then that he decided to take a more monetary approach. Relying on the teachings from his adopted Father, the Zorren king quickly drew up a business model and separated a force of the Vitae’s Armis Militia. This new force would be known as the Vitae Security forces. Made up of various mercenaries, do-gooders, and guards, the VSF was given orders to be on stand by for matters that would include being hired for a good cause, as well as humanitarian/military efforts during the Galaxy’s time of crisis. It was his hope that with this new branch of the Vitae, he could more effectively manage his influence over the galaxy to improve the lot of its citizens.[/SIZE]
