Isla parked her new snowmobile behind a local bar that she sometimes visited and hopped out. That was a heck of a ride, her bones were still vibrating to the point she regretted not springing for a repulsor craft, but it was exhilarating. She might not mention to Ashlan command that she took a shortcut and jumped a crevass, that might worry them that she was taking too many risks on her new home, but why should all the force users have the fun and she checked with SAINT that it was safe first.
She stood up and straightened her overcoat. She wore an Enviroweave skinsuit under her traditional garments, Lur was stunning but by Ashla it was cold, and it was just starting into winter. Gorrino was a medium sized town with a very provincial feel to it, she had heard someone describe it a new-middle aged, whatever that meant. The buildings were mostly two story and made of heavy wooden beams, the traditional styles were meshed so subtelt with modern technology. The locals were by no means technologically advanced, but it was impossible in today's galaxy for outside tech not to creep in. It was part of the charm, it didn't feel like a modern town, it felt quaint and relaxed, but the facilities were still there if needed.
She had a feast planned for her staff to celebrate 6 months since she had moved here, and she didn't want to just send them out to procure supplies for their own party, this was meant to be a gift for them, she wanted to do it herself. Isla loved how welcome the locals made her feel and in such a short time, she felt completely at home, and even safe here, despite the fact only 18 months ago, the planet was the site of a major Ashlan battle. Even though it was public knowledge, to the locals she wasn't Grand Admiral Draellix, she was just Isla, the woman who lived in the castle up the valley.
First order of business, find someone with a hog, preferably in the realms of 100lb but a little bigger would be great, she had a couple of names to check with, if they could get it dressed and ready to go she would be very happy indeed, as much as she wanted to be the one preparing this party the idea of preparing a hog roast appealed to her as much as giving

Stopping momentarily at a food vendor she grabbed herself some hot soup to warm her hands. She sat on a half frozen bench tearing off chunks of bread and dipping them in her vegetable soup. She would spend a few minutes eating an people watching as the lovely people of Gorrino went about their day.
