Description: Within the Hub district of the Imperial Capital stands the spire called Villa Cascade. Centrally-located, its residents are able to access the local amenities of the district via a brief walk or ample public transit. Within, the Villa offers a standard of living that is a cut above the capital's norm. Each residence is spacious and is adorned with all the trappings of a luxury, modern living. In light of this, the Villa typically houses very important persons from abroad or the heroes of the empire.

POINTS OF INTEREST

THE PROMENADE | Entry & Spa - Upon entering the lowest level of the spire, one is greeted with a gilded lobby and lounge. Here, residents may enjoy bar service throughout the day and light entertainment in the form of live music. In addition, a private spa, which offers massage therapy and steam rooms, is available past the lobby's western doors. And of course, knowledgeable staff is always nearby to aid in any of a resident's needs.

THE RESIDENCES | Luxury Accommodations - After utilizing the lifts present in the lobby, patrons are introduced to the pride of the Villa Cascade. Its multiple stories each contain luxury suites that are fit for the Dominus (Emperor) himself. These residences can be purchased outright from the Villa Cascade or rented for a temporary stay in the capital. Here, one can find spacious rooms, modern furniture, encrypted HoloNet access, and much more.

THE SKYWAY | Private Starport - The uppermost levels are reserved for starship valet service and consist of multiple hangars. Residents of the Villa Cascade may land atop the spire, where capable staff will see to the storage and upkeep of their vessels.

The Villa Cascade, and by extension all structures which make up the city of Regnum, benefit from the fact that their city is the capital of the Ascendancy. Natively, Regnum is defended from attack via stalwart walls, manned patrols, and shield generators, and other local defenses. Beyond this, the Villa Cascade houses a well-trained security team which offers immediate protection of any residents or guests.

DESCRIPTION

The idea of the Villa Cascade began as Regnum raised its walls.

As the community that would become the Ascendancy began to succeed against its harsh environment, an unexpected need arose. While the injured or sick soldier would always receive the care they needed, what would happen to them if they could no longer fight? In the beginning, such veterans were taken care of as best as the budding community could - being fed and housed alongside the other refugees. However, as the nation gained its footing, these modest accommodations fell short of their valor.

Thus, a mere six years ago, ground broke at what would become the Villa Cascade.

The notion behind the structure was simple. If a warrior of the Ascendancy had distinguished themselves through honest and honorable service, they had more than earned rest and good living. Thus, the Villa was lavished with amenities - all of which the soldiers would not have to pay a single credit for. Upon retirement or via exceptional service, a warrior was given a choice: a handsome compensation or lifelong residence within the Villa. And, as more and more chose life within the Hub district's growing gem, more space and accommodations were added.

At the present day, those who raise a blade in the name of the Ascendancy can look upon the skyline and know that they will find good rest at the end of their service. For heroes should only be honored with the very best a nation had to offer.
