As befitting someone raised among the wealthy elite of Serenno, Viktoria is always well put together. Her clothes are expensive, her hair is always superbly maintained, and she is never caught unprepared. Her face usually wears a smile, but there is always an aura of menace that surrounds her unless on mission. -
STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
(+) Social Chameleon- Slipping the mask of pleasantry and charm to endear herself to targets is as easy as breathing. Adapting her personality and mannerisms is second nature to her, benefitting her in her line of work.
(+) Investigator- She notices the small details. Putting them together for bigger conclusions in investigations and operations in a special treat and personal pleasure.
(+) Mentalist- Sometimes, honeyed words and threats are not nearly enough to gain information. Sometimes, a more direct approach is needed. Tearing information directly from a target’s mind, or torturing them with nightmares beyond their limited experience, is her specialty.
(-) Short Fuse- Despite her acclaimed social skills, Viktoria actually has quite a short fuse, and if provoked, is prone to fly into absolute violent rampages. Triggers include being interrupted, spoken down to, or anyone bringing up her birth station. And even if her rage is not expressed immediately, slights against her are not forgiven, and most definitely not forgotten.
(-) Blitz Attacker- In all honesty, Viktoria quite detests combat. If forced into a situation where it is necessary, she acts with speed and ruthless force, but if the fight turns into an extended affair, then she is at a severe disadvantage.
(-) Appearances- She is absolutely obsessed with her reputation and public appearance. Whether that's how she carries herself in public, the clothes she wears, or even the brand of wine she drinks in front of others, it's always on her mind, and can get in the way of her goals. -
Born Viktoria Elyssia Anetheas, she was a mistake from the beginning. Her father was the Count of House Anetheas of Serenno, and her mother was a simple artist with no special ancestry or bloodline. A bastard, doomed from the start. Though her father mandated that she be raised with his other children, there was always a degree of separation present mandated by her step-mother. She was always treated just slightly different from her half-siblings, and no one ever let her forget her parentage.
However, she definitely grew up with privilege. Her only disadvantages were socially, as her father spared no expense on her education and upbringing. She developed a taste for poetry, social gatherings, and the viola, among other things. Despite the stigma of her birth, Viktoria always managed to fit in well, her natural charm winning others to her side. At least, that was what she believed.
When the Sith Empire took Serenno, she was fifteen, and her Force sensitivity was discovered. Evidently, that was where her natural charm came from. She was recruited into the ranks of the Sith, and left Serenno for Bastion, to join the ranks of the Sith Academy there.
In the cutthroat environment of the Academy, she excelled. Even though she was a late start, she learned quickly, and wormed her way to the top of her class. She absorbed any and all knowledge she could, and even formed her own intelligence network amongst her classmates. In one way or another, the acolytes of her class answered to her, even if they themselves did not know it. She collected information, especially against those who irked her. She tolerated slights, but she did not forgive, and most importantly, she did not forget. Those who crossed her always got what was coming to them, in one way or another.
Her social skills, investigative disposition, and affinity for information gathering made her an obvious candidate for the Saaraishash, the Imperial Inquisition. She took to her new work with gusto and dogged enthusiasm, rooting out traitors to the Empire wherever they could be found. However, she is not a devoted idealist, raving about the qualities of the Empire and worshipping her Emperor.
The Saaraishash, the Empire, the Sith- it’s all a means to an end. Viktoria is an ambitious social climber. She wants the tallest position she can get her hands on, and finally, once she has that, she can exact her petty grievances upon those that managed to make her black book. -
