BIOGRAPHY:
Born into the Khukullin clan, Vertorix was the son of the local chieftain. However, blood feuds ran high with their neighboring tribe the Timuriks, who banded together with a few other clan and launched a surprise raid against the Khukullins, slaughtering them utterly. By some miracle, Vertorix managed to survive, thought dead after a blow to the head.
He and those of his people who survived were sold into slavery. Vertorix found himself at the mercy of a Hutt warlord, who took interest in the boy's strength and bought him to be raised as one of his personal bodyguards. For a number of years, Vertorix served the Hutt faithfully, ruthlessly doing his dirty work, becoming his most loyal servant. When Vertorix saw his opening, he murdered the Hutt, taking some of his entrails as a prize.
Now a man, Vertorix longed to return to Mandalorian space, but could not for the Timuriks still thrived. He spent years working as a mercenary until finally he received word that the last grudge holding Timurik had died and he could return home.
