- Mobile - The Vergesso is a mobile shipyard, being fully equipped with both engines and a hyperdrive. This allows it to move around from system to system, being able to move to resource heavy locations or to escape a potential enemies in times of need.
- Multipurpose - The Vergesso isn't just a shipyard but instead houses various other factories and refineries on board. This allows Okins Industries to operate self sufficiently onboard the Vergesso. On top of that there is a vast arrange of crew and family housing with facilities for the crew to use. This essentially creates a small portion of the Vergesso a small city.
- Light Traveller - Despite the Vergesso being mobile its capabilities are severely hampered while on the move. This means that the Vergesso remains stationary for most of its lifetime, only moving if there's a need to. When the Vergesso does need to move most of its shipyards and factories are forced to be closed and any large projects such as Star Destroyers, which do not fit within the Vergesso must be abandoned.
- Weapons? - Despite the Vergesso's high defence it has no weapons. This allows any well outfitted force to win fire superiority if the Vergesso is caught without an escort.
While Okins Industries is known for it's ships, weapons and speeders the Vergesso-Class Mobile Factory is its flagship product, being recently built under Kizar's initiative to move Orkins Industries offworld and allow it to become much more mobile. Named after a great battle involving Kizer's ancestor, Ledre Okins the space station is fully outfitted for building ships but also contains various factories and refineries on board as well. This allows the Vergesso to construct all of it's products entirely on board the space station, from the refining of durasteel to the final paint finish. It also allows the Vergesso to produce a variety of other products such as blasters, speeders and other useful devices and vehicles.
