STRENGTHS
- Medium Armor: While the Veraldur-Class is only a light recon vehicle, it has been covered in medium armor to allow it to survive within a warzone. Allowing it to send signals back and forth to the command center without worrying about exploding instantly if hit
- Cargo Capacity: The Veraldur-Class comes equipped with a small but effective space for cargo, allowing it to drop off supplies in the midst of battle to wounded soldiers or officers need a quick resupply from headquarters.
- Low Armaments: While the Veraldur-Class is highly defensive, its offensive weaponry is a single cannon mounted on its top deck with a single shield in front of the operator to protect them. That means that if the weapon is rendered unoperational by enemy fire the vehicle has no way to defend itself
- Limited Cargo Space: Much like it can be a strength, the small cargo space also means that it can only supply a limited amount of relief supplies to allies. And it must pick and choose to whom it provides the supplies too because it has a limited amount before it has to go back to headquarters to load up more
The Veraldur-Class Light Recon Vehicle is another design of the Order of Saithon, the Manufactorium of the Brotherhood of Darkness. Pressed into commission after realizing that the brotherhood was vulnerable to recon vehicles due to their small size and ability to scout ahead for danger. Knowing that this was a threat because their movements could be detected before they launched an assault on a location. Therefore the concept of another recon vehicle for the brotherhood of darkness was paramount to giving itself a power base within the galaxy. Although they didn't have the manufacturing technology to press this into full service due to the lack of parts within the Order's Warehouses. The Dark Forgemaster of the Order ventured once again to the world of Darvannis and made good on the promise to the Lorda of the Mancheron Kajidic, Borrodus Mancheron Boggurobb II. He handed over some dwarrow technology left over from the Great Skraal-Dwarrow War on Banathruon now called Skraalzzar by the skraal clans that now rule the planet. Borrodus was more than happy to let them use his factories and thus the Recon Vehicle was made and produced within the walls under the careful and watchful gaze of the Dark Dwarrow who handled all the industry of the Brotherhood of Darkness.
Once the first batch of them were completed, they would be broken up and put into boxes to be shipped to the Dark Dwarrow's Personal Vault where the other vehicles of the brotherhood would be in storage awaiting the day when they could be used completely. The Dark Forgemaster would follow his policy of small but effective and the Light Recon Vehicle provided this but also having the armored frame to stand up to energy weaponry and projectile weaponry on the battlefield. While it would not be the most studious of vehicles within the fleet, it would provide them with an opportunity to scout ahead and plan their battle strategy has the battle unfolded around them. The Light Recon Vehicles were then reassembled and stored deep within the vault, ready to be of service to the Lord of the Brotherhood, Kyrel Ren.
