  • Sith Life Support System: A self-contained, atmospherically adaptive life support array capable of sustaining humanoid and Sith variant pilots within vacuum, toxic atmospheres, and Force Corrupted environments. Integrated into the Velakorr as the Sarcostel Life Preservation Array Mk. I, with expanded alchemical filtration chambers to resist sustained exposure to corrosive or necrotic miasmas encountered during siege operations.
  • Sith Targeting Computer: A reinforced, ritual-enhanced targeting core that fuses standard sensor telemetry, predictive combat heuristics, and reactive Force echo threading. In the Velakorr, this system is hardened against electronic disruption and paired with a dedicated heavy ordnance fire-control node for coordinated torpedo and cannon strikes against capital ships.
  • Sith Communications Array: Encrypted hyperwave and subspace communications suite woven with whisperstone-laced crystals. Transmits secure data, emotion-coded Sith command impulses, and Fearburst Command Bursts, capable of inducing panic and confusion among nearby enemy crews during assault runs.
  • Sith Navigation System: An advanced navigational core blending traditional astronavigation with ritual star-mapping, Force-attuned hyperspace recognition, and Umbral Gate plotting compatibility. The Velakorr includes deeper premonition libraries designed to predict blockade maneuvers and interdiction zones.
  • Sith Inertial Compensators: Advanced gravimetric dampeners integrated with pain-suppression glyphs, enabling pilots to endure brutal acceleration and sustained high-G turns. The Velakorr's variant is reinforced for heavier mass and higher inertia, with alchemical supports to preserve skeletal integrity during bombardment dives.
  • Sith Ejection System: A dual-phase escape system employing a sacrificial-phase null-glyph and a stasis cocoon. On ejection, the pilot pod seals itself within an alchemically hardened shell and a Soul-Sever Ward to trap the pilot's essence for later ritual reclamation. This ensures no Sith knowledge is easily lost in defeat.
  • Integrated Flight Stabilization Matrix: Micro-thrusters, occult-balanced reaction wheels, and bloodsteel-threaded auto-trim servos enable smooth handling despite the Velakorr's mass. Drift correction and vector control are optimized for attack runs and rapid course corrections under fire.
  • Dark-Sync HUD Interface: A symbiotic cockpit canopy projection fusing tactical overlays, threat prioritization runes, and spectral enemy trails. In the Velakorr, the HUD emphasizes capital ship target profiles, critical subsystem highlighting, and bombardment approach vectors. Responds to pilot rage, fear, and instinct as valid command inputs.
  • Reinforced Sensor Package: Multi-band sensor array combining standard motion, thermal, and electromagnetic detection with Sith-derived aura resonance mapping and void-anomaly tracking. The Velakorr's suite is tuned to identify capital ship energy signatures and detect hidden hull breaches for precision targeting.
  • Autopilot / Return Protocol Subsystem: Failsafe nav-pilot imprinted with the pilot's blood signature. If incapacitated or slain, the Velakorr can autonomously retreat to preselected coordinates, jettison excess payloads, and engage its Abyssal Counter-Pursuit dispersal maneuvers to avoid interception.
  • Data Blackout & Malediction Lattice: Integrated self-nullification lattice designed to purge memory cores and overload systems with darkside ignition pulses if capture is imminent. This not only renders the Velakorr unsalvageable but leaves the wreckage steeped in a corruptive miasma, complicating recovery and demoralizing salvagers.
  • Magno-Clamp Undercarriage & Docking Interfaces: Heavy-duty modular clamps reinforced with Sith pressure runes to lock onto capital ship hulls or fortress landing pads. Specifically designed to remain anchored during extended bombardment cycles or null gravity boarding operations.
  • Atmospheric Entry & Sealing System: Equipped with layered ablative plates forged in Sith crucibles and adaptive re-entry shielding. The Velakorr is capable of terminal descent insertions through heavily irradiated or volcanic atmospheres without compromising hull integrity.
  • Ordnance Bay Management Suite: Given the Velakorr's heavy payload, this system coordinates loading, priming, and sequencing of diverse warheads and torpedoes. Features a Ritual Load Sequencer that harmonizes munitions with the targeting computer for optimized salvos.
  • Void-Ward Hull Laminate: A specialized alchemical laminate applied to key hull sections to resist corrosive atmospheres, and ion storms, ensuring systems stability during siege operations in hostile sectors.
  • Gloomcell Emergency Power Spine: Hardened buffer cells that keep flight controls, comms, and bay doors alive during generator faults and black-starts.
  • Red-Mercy Fire Quench: Inert-gas and gel flood for bay and conduit fires; tight zone isolation to speed deck turnarounds.

  • Rite-Timed Doorbreaker Kill-Chain: Scry-Lens, Graveslit, and Coffin-Bay act as one rite-timed chain: read the weak line, hold the nose on that exact axis, and seat a rune-keyed bomb with prewritten depth and dwell. Windows last seconds, not minutes, and the payload still lands true. Targets that stagger or jitter shields get opened where they are thinnest.
  • Cold Approach, Clean Exit: Nightcloak spreads heat, ion bloom, and RF across background lines on ingress. Black Veil throws a one-second shadow bubble on the break so trackers lose lock while sinks swallow the last heat. On sensors the Velakorr looks like a cold arrival and a colder departure.
  • Kill-Focused Point Defense: Twin dorsal Hexpulse spines fire only when Scry-Lens timing says a hit is likely. Ion flechettes use hex-etched needles that tear seekers and hunter-killers apart without filling the battlespace with loud ECM. Low-profile housings and belt magazines keep coverage steady through contested egress.
  • No Cascade Kills: Ashen-Seal cuts and cauterizes trunks and magazine paths before faults can walk the hull. Fire, surge, and cook-off are fenced in the first space they touch. Flight controls, sensors, and bay authority stay online while the damaged section is isolated.
  • Machine-Possession Denial: Carrion-Key walls flight and arming behind air-gapped, bone-sealed relays, one-way diodes, and dead-rail backups. Intruder pulses and Nullshock-style copies hit blank contacts and cold rails. The Familiar Core can throw thrust and release consent onto mechanical linkages in an instant so the pilot stays in charge.
  • Quiet Recoil, Clean Second Pass: Scream-Sink drinks lance recoil and breacher slam, then bleeds that energy into sinks as managed heat and low-order RF. Avionics stay steady through firing events and bays do not ring. Your signature stays low so a second run is as quiet as the first.
  • Formation Kill-Chain Continuity: Grave-Current rides wing geometry as a directional, tight-beam bus that never touches open spectrum. Lane timing, depth keys, and inventory move bird to bird without a broadcast. If lead dies, the next aircraft inherits the plan in one breath and the chain continues.
  • Panic-Proof Crimson Glass: The Bloodpane Spectral HUD paints seams, drift, collapse, and exits as clear crimson geometry right in sight. Under high G or mask fog, it auto-simplifies to bold dwell bars and arrows you can read through a blink. The operator sketches breach, bloom, finish and gets a validated release ladder immediately.
  • Fast Deck Turns and Damage Recovery: Latch-less bay doors do not jam under grit or icing, and Cold-Throw actuators push heavy ordnance free without hot gas or flash. Bone-Latch hooks and void-sled skids let crews drag a wounded hull clear and taxi belly-down if a leg folds. Launch throats stay open and turn-times stay short.
  • Built for Siege Environments: Void-Ward laminates, seal kits, and reinforced filters let the Velakorr work through ash, radiation, and corrosive weather. Sensors keep truth and systems stay stable where normal bombers foul out. Precision strikes continue in storms, yards, and burned atmospheres alike.
  • Integrated Sith Systems: Every core system is harmonized through alchemy and blood-bound interlocks, from targeting and navigation to life support. The result is higher resilience to electronic warfare and steadier tracks on Force-active threats. Crew survivability rises because the ship fights to keep its pilot alive and the picture clean.
  • Resilience to Salvage and Capture: Bloodlock, the Data Blackout lattice, and scuttle rites turn a captured hull into a dead shrine, not a prize. Memory cores purge, control planes slag, and guidance ghosts mislead intruders. Curse-salted residues foul recovery crews and ensure no enemy learns what the Velakorr knows.

  • Force Nullification: When under Force Nullification, the Scry-Lens loses precision, the Graveslit Aligner reacts slower, and Black Veil blooms thin. It reduces the effectiveness of the Velakorr from its premium standard to just above the standard capability of traditional bombers of its class. The Velakorr can still kill, but windows get razor-thin and a second pass may be needed.
  • Dirty Inputs and Hostile Weather: Heavy jamming, debris plumes, ash storms, ion squalls, and sleet layers starve the suite of clean returns and bend micro-blooms. The HUD flags low confidence and collapse forecasts grow conservative. Crews either wait for the picture to clear or accept a shallower solution with less certainty.
  • Thermal and Consumable Duty Cycles: Nightcloak sinks, Black Veil soot canisters, Shadow-Phase loads, and Scream-Sink lanes all have limits. Stacking a lance shot, Hexpulse bursts, and a veil in one breath pushes heat and power budgets into the red. Chain too many strikes and the jet runs hotter, veils bleach faster, and the next egress is louder on scopes.
  • Sith Technology: The Velakorr utilizes highly specialized dark technology, Sith engineering pioneered by the Kainate. It requires Kainate technicians to maintain and prepare the vessel for flight. Its systems are so complex they would be lost on others.
  • Maintenance Hunger and Logistics Dependence: Ashen-Seal thresholds, relay walls, and Bloodhowl crystal stacks demand exact calibration. Drift, worn contacts, or tired diodes cause nuisance trips and dulled damping. Away from carriers or tenders, turn-times creep, consumables run low, and the quieting edge fades.

The Velakorr-class Sith Tactical Bomber Mk. I was not built to compete. It was built to erase the idea of competition. It ends fights the way the Kainate ends problems: a door opens inside your shields where no door should be, the kill walks through, and by the time your crew shouts the first warning the bomber is already a cold echo on scopes. The Xarûl bent knife fights to the Kainate's will. The Gorvahn proved pressure can crack big prey. The Velakorr is the finishing stroke. It turns shield walls into corridors, plate into seams, and timing into a blade that never misses.

Gorvahn sorties taught the galaxy to brace. Captains staggered faceting, prepared greater measures, hid criticals under armor mazes. Darth Prazutis answered with a dedicated corridor-maker. The Shadow Mind took proven systems and rewrote the playbook. Project Red Crucible became the Velakorr: a compact hull that exists to create one perfect window, deliver an execution through it, and leave nothing but confusion and falling power alarms behind. Its the next step in the massive industrial campaign overseen by the Shadow Hand to push the Kainate so far beyond its rivals, even the heavens are no longer in sight.

It looks like what it does. A tall dorsal fin and matching ventral blade give the silhouette a ritual cut. Vein-red channels trace the hidden sinks along the wings, so the aircraft glows along its bones when it breathes hard, then fades to embers as the Nightcloak Emissions Veil drinks the heat. A Bloodpane eye sits forward and low. Seeker pods and the axial lance throat ride tight to the fuselage. Coffin-bay doors are flush and almost invisible until they open.

The method is simple to read and almost impossible to stop. Scry-Lens maps shield harmonics, paints a breach line, and tells the crew exactly how long it will hold. Graveslit Aligner trims the nose in the last two seconds so the bomb-bay axis and the corridor are the same line. Coffin-Bay Autoloader seats a matched munition with depth keys and dwell burned in. If the pilot is masked or stunned, the Malediction "Familiar" Core flies the release profile perfectly and gives control back the instant the bombs are gone. If a finish is required, the Cataclysm axial lance bites the same cut a heartbeat later, striking only where the field is already parting. Targets do not "tank" this sequence. They die inside it.

Silence is the armor. Nightcloak smears heat and RF into harmless background, so scopes see a cold shadow on approach. Black Veil Weave throws a one-second night during the break so trackers lose lock while sinks swallow the last heat. Shadow-Phase decoys lay false glints and vectors without loud ECM. If the enemy fires first, twin dorsal Hexpulse spines rip down missiles and hunter-killers with ion-flechette bursts keyed to Scry-Lens tracks. The Velakorr speaks only once per run, and that single sentence is a death notice.

Survivability is not a prayer; it is architecture. Ashen-Seal Isolation Grid cuts and cauterizes trunks before a fault can walk the hull. Carrion-Key Hardening puts flight controls and arming logic behind dry relays, one-way light, and dead-rail cables, so possession tricks and Nullshock copies end at the fence. Scream-Sink Dampers drink the slam of breachers and lance recoil and bleed it into the sinks as managed heat, keeping the second pass as quiet as the first. Bone-Latch hooks and void-sled skids let deck crews drag a scorched bird clear in seconds. Campaigns do not stall because a cripple blocks the throat.

Formations stay lethal when fate cuts leaders down. Grave-Current Datacord rides the wing geometry as a tight-beam bus that never touches open spectrum. Lane timing, depth keys, and remaining ordnance pass ship-to-ship without a broadcast. If lead dies, the next bird inherits the plan in one breath and the chain continues. In the cockpit, Bloodpane Spectral HUD and Strike Scriptor keep the picture human under punishment. Seam outlines, collapse cones, drift, and escape appear as clean crimson geometry on the combiner. The operator draws breach, bloom, finish in three strokes; the suite builds the ladder and hands it to Malediction and the bay gear. When g-loads bite and vision tunnels, the symbology simplifies to thick dwell bars and arrows the eye can read through a blink.

Trials made the case with cruelty. At Korrus Flats, a Velakorr element opened staggered facets on a refitted cruiser and walked a finish through a gap that lived for less than two seconds, mass devastation left in its wake. In the Teleron yards, a pair's bombs detonated a reactor with such precision, even force sensitive pilots flying the latest models across the galaxy couldn't even imagine replicating it. Debriefs repeated the same line: birds landed cool, bays clean, sinks within limits, launch throat clear. When a strut failed on hot recovery, Bone-Latches and skids hauled the hull out of the lane before the next pair crossed the threshold. It became indisputable the successes mounting during Velakorr deployments, a living nightmare in every operation its deployed in.

There are limits. When exposed to Force Nullification the razor loses edge. Scry-Lens predictions grow conservative, Graveslit bias becomes blunt, Black Veil blooms thin, and Sigil-Wire assists go quiet. The bomber still flies the profile and kills targets of its class, but margins tighten until clear of the field. The ship also demands care. Isolation segments, relay walls, and crystal stacks need calibration. Neglect trades certainty for luck, and the Kainate does not trade that way.

In service, the Velakorr stands between the blade and the hammer and makes both sharper. Xarûls carve the air and peel escorts. Gorvahns pound until structure sags. The Velakorr opens the exact door they need and closes it behind the strike. It is everything the Kainate needs to be, a timed cut, executed in silence, a living scourge prowling the skies. When enemies replay the tape, there are no heroics to admire, only a corridor blooming inside their shields where no corridor should be, and in that corridor the end of their ship. Every other bomber looks clumsy beside it. The Velakorr is the standard. Everything else is an excuse. Pilots have come to fear the great, malevolent eye of the Velakorr.
