PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS
The Sith say all emotion make them strong. Vazz is a firm believer of as much, but more in the emotions of others. An opponent that feels overwhelmed by fear in turn makes him stronger. He employs fear tactics as much as possible in a fight, striving to undermine and shatter the confidence of his foes until they try to flee. Once they do, he finally goes in for the kill. 'Playing with his food like a cat with mice' is often what's said about him.
He hates cats.

HISTORY
He started as many Sith have; scraping along the bottom to try and find his own footing and not get devoured by his peers. He found his footing, eventually, in terrorizing his peers and utilizing their utmost fear before their untimely death that he certainly didn't have a hand in legally to empower himself until he was ultimately the only survivor of his class. That came with it's own privileges, which he now utterly enjoys.
Mostly the freedom to find more people to instill the primal fear of death within so he might take that and use it to empower himself to greater heights.
