APPEARANCE:
Vaya is a Rutian Twi’lek, while not entirely uncommon it is definitely one of the rarer. Like many, she has a slender frame, soft features, and an agile body. She is usually lightly armed if she’s armed at all. And a person really shouldn’t be surprised if she has some kind of animal with her.
BIOGRAPHY:
Vaya was born on Ryloth. Even though home to a race known for its submissiveness, the world is rather harsh. Her family was a sort of small leaders in their area, though they had once been rather rich for their position, they had been spending money to ensure their children and neighbors were doing well. Fortunately, Vaya had always been good with animals as a child, it was simply how she was to get along with them. And her slight force sensitivity aided that connection between her and them. As a result it was not uncommon for her to eventually be hired for endeavors of training or taming wild beasts. Her skill with training them was so splendid, she had once managed to calm down a Gutkurr and get it to leave them alone while traveling to meet friends, though she did get an unpleasant cut on her left leg in the process. She regularly searches to find it in hopes of actually making friends with the creature. She also very commonly has a Momong with her named Gek.
However, in spite of her relatively good position, and her skill with animals. There was little time for other people. As unfortunately their particularly little hole between the brightlands and the nightlands. And having to defend themselves regularly from either creatures, pirates, or having to convince the pod-racers that no it was not good for them to go through their streets, left Vaya spending more time amongst animals then people. It was not of course she didn't like people, but simply that she knew she might potentially one day have to take care of herself. And since animals were what she knew best, she thought it would be best if she learned more about them.

A Blurrg is often ridden as it's easier to navigate the terrain of Ryloth on one then on a speeder. And the creature is also more likely to protect her if she gets thrown off.

Various treats for Momong or other small creatures.
