+Strong connection to the force
+Most basic skills mastered.
+Heavy focus on telekinesis and most of its forms, though good with force push and similar type, prefers to manipulate the terrain and objects.
+Skill at energy based abilities, but in particular makes significant use of tutaminis and Pyrokinesis/Cryokinesis. Although he is capable of Force lightning he rarely uses it due to his preferences for the cover and control he has over fire and telekinesis, and finds that lightning is also something people are too familiar with when in combat with sith.
+Particularly good at combining his telekinesis with his skill with energy to Alter the Environment.
This is essentially what Vastar fully intends to master, he believes that if the battlefield itself yields to you what hope can someone truly have.
+Due to his emphasis on control of ones surroundings and environment, Vastars awareness both in the force and with his senses is quite high.
+Very physically fit and used to moving on terrain and dodging to avoid melee range.
+Will draw on fear, anger, desperation, or determination as the situation provides. Fear is a powerful ally to him as due to his lack of skill with a blade he was often at great risk especially before he got better with the force, as a result he's learned much more control over his mind while still driving his emotions.
-Does not take to new abilities easily. It is for this reason he has relatively few ways that he tends to use the force, simply applying the same thing in different ways typically. As pretty much all his primary abilities can be simplified as altering the environment.
-Lacks greatly in saber skills for someone of his position in the force. Most sith knights would easily beat him in a pure saber match.
-Doesn't have as strong of emotions as some sith do without the situation providing it. That is why fear is something he often relies on.

A born member of the Emrick Dynasty, Vastar is personally invested in the future of the bloodline. He sees no greater purpose than further empowering himself so that the future blood will continue to be strong if he has children and so that even if he doesn't, his power may be used to protect the Dynasty and further its means and intentions.
Vastar has a very particular way with the force. He didn't pick up skills instantly nor come up with them on his own, however, once he had them he would grow and grow them. He would practice with them regularly and continue to increase his skill and power with them. If he knew already an overarching power of the skill, then further abilities in that field would certainly come more easily. It was for this reason that he had two primary fields of skills, telekinesis, and energy. Tutaminis and pyrokinesis in particular were things he practiced with regularly as supplements to his skills. Tutamnis being excellent for defense, pyrokinesis for offense, although it was quite effective at defense under the right circumstances, and telekinesis functioned in both scenarios. While he did practice with his body, he was not as prone to bladework. He ensure he was physically fit and his reflexes and coordination were tight, but he greatly preferred the force over any weapon. And as a result his skill with a lightsaber was something that even as he grew more powerful and more skilled, remained lacking.
Vastar had little interest in authority based power, and as a result, he rarely gained much. He went only so far as he felt needed. His focus was on the power in the force as he truly believed that was the most important job they had, he wouldn't scoff at those that used their power to get high up. That was just a part of the job, but would definitely be disgusted for those who wanted power in the force only for the positions it could get them. It meant so much more to him.
