DESCRIPTION
ValeCorp: Simply the Best. Since its inception, the company has never wavered from this motto, producing only the highest quality medicine and equipment at reasonable prices that everyone in the galaxy can afford. This is accomplished by keeping the scale of the operation relatively low, allowing the small company to focus on keeping a high standard of quality. The company employs several thousand people scattered across six planets, and while ValeCorp is still relatively small, it is quickly establishing a reputation as one of the best small companies to work for in the galaxy. Pay and benefits remain high compared to its larger counterparts-- again, in part, by keeping the operation small and employment limited. ValeCorp is open to selling its wares to any and all factions, businesses and government entities. The need for medicine is universal and cannot be bound to the whims and allegiances of one nation.

RATIONALE
The original founder and CEO, Dr. Alvys Vale, founded the company as a means of creating his own medical equipment for his practice. Eventually, managing the company became a full-time job, one that Alvys wanted to pass onto his adopted son, Tycho Vale. However, Tycho instead chose to serve as a medic in the Alliance for nearly twenty years. The father and son finally reconciled when it became clear that Alvys had a degenerative muscular disease, and that his time running the company was limited. Tycho received his degree in business management and steadily climbed the ranks of the company over the six years that followed; when his father passed, Tycho took the reigns. His recent acquisition of Debka Droidworks has expanded the company, leading it into a new and unprecedented future.
