STRENGTHS
  • High Defensive Resilience - With the Multiple advanced shield types — Xythan Force, Molecular, Particle, Ray, Deflector, and Navigation Shields — this provids exceptional protection against energy, projectile, and even exotic attacks. Followed with a host of many secondary defensive measures such as: flares, anti-missile systems, mines, field projectors, lock-threat detection. This allows a high reinforced survivability against prolonged assaults or sabotage. Only strenghtened by its physical Armored composition. Constructed from Beskar, Doonium, Quadranium, Durasteel, and more, making it physically durable and resistant to both conventional and unconventional weapons.
  • Massive Starfighter & Support Craft Capacity - 42 Squadrons of hangar capacity allows for a versatile and overwhelming deployment of starfighters and support vessels. This not only defends the station but also supports escort duties for ships under construction or repair. With such a wide extention to allow its hangar capacity to be modular for its application and location.
  • Self-Sustaining Military Production Hub - The Purpose of the station is to manufacture and deploy ships independently in deep space. This allows it to operate without needing planetary support, ideal for Mandalorians who favor mobility and decentralized power bases.
  • Advanced Communications & Sensor Systems - Extensive scanning and sensor suites (ADS, EWD, MSS, Heat, Lifeform, Mass, Gravity, etc.) allow precise detection of threats and battlefield awareness. Advanced comms and military computer systems ensure tight coordination with fleets and other Mandalorian assets. This combination provide it to be in a unique situation where when set up and fortified, acts as a Deep Space Fortification.
  • Redundancy and Emergency Features - Multiple backup systems: secondary hyperdrive, emergency hatchways, black box, self-destruct systems, escape pods, and more — all signal the importance of survivability and compartmentalization in crisis.
WEAKNESSES
  • Low Maneuverability - Its massive size (5000x5000x5000 meters) and low maneuverability rating make it essentially immobile during combat, reliant on its defenses or escort fleets for survival.
  • Subpar Hyperdrive Capability -
The Primary hyperdrive class 3.0 and backup 17.0 are slow by modern military standards. This greatly limits strategic repositioning speed, especially if evacuation or redeployment is needed.
  • Average Armament - While well-defended, its weaponry is only "Average" for a space station of this size. All of its armament is built to mostly defend itself. Thus it lacks super-heavy capital-grade offensive systems; not designed to be a frontline battle platform. Its role is primarily support and construction, not direct engagement.
  • Logistical Complexity - Requires constant input of resources (metal, fuel, components) to maintain full production efficiency if isolated from supply chains. This can degrage its potental in utility. Shippments are required to ressuply or it needs to reposition itself closer to a Star System to restock.
  • Dependence on Escort or Fleet Support - Cannot operate in a vacuum during war; requires protection from fleets or orbital platforms, particularly in contested space. While its contengent of fighter squadrons and an allotment of massive hangar bays, it cannot support itself. Thus it has to be supported by patrols and other escort craft.
DESCRIPTION
The Ures'chaab-Type Deep Space Forge is a state-of-the-art Mandalorian mobile manufacturing bastion, a leviathan of industrial might suspended in the void of deep space. Spanning five kilometers in all dimensions, this titanic construct is far more than a static station—it is a floating heart of war, a self-contained forge built to sustain the rise and momentum of a new Mandalorian power. Its name, "Ures'chaab," roughly translated from Mando'a, means "Wrath Made Steel"—an apt title for a structure whose purpose is to hammer the will of a people into fleets of beskar-armored vessels.

Constructed using layers of high-density metals such as beskar, doonium, and quadranium, and sheathed in overlapping shielding systems including molecular and Xythan force fields, the Forge is designed to endure, to remain operational even in the face of prolonged sieges or tactical disruption. Its internalized infrastructure supports high-volume starship manufacturing, with deep-space drydocks, resource refineries, armament facilities, and launch bays working in tandem. Within its hangars, entire squadrons can be assembled, armed, and deployed. What distinguishes it from traditional shipyards, however, is its independence: it requires no planetary tether. The Ures'chaab exists as a sovereign factory in the stars—mobile, concealed, and fully militarized.

For an emerging galactic power—especially one without planetary holdings or with fractured infrastructure—a Deep Space Forge is not just advantageous, it is essential. In a galaxy ruled by hyperlanes, politics, and orbital sieges, traditional shipyards are vulnerable. Worlds can fall. Economies can be blockaded. But a Forge? It can drift in the void, cloaked by distance and defended by secrecy. It allows a faction to manufacture warships in hostile territory, behind enemy lines, or hidden beyond navigational charts. For new empires rising from the ashes of scattered clans or post-war chaos, such a platform becomes the backbone of independence. It enables strategic flexibility, decentralized warfare, and long-term survivability. It is the means by which a faction forges a fleet not beholden to another system's mercy.

For Tarre Priest, the Forge is more than a military asset—it is the embodiment of his vision for a revived and enduring Mandalorian legacy. A warlord, smith, and strategist, Tarre understands the nature of Mandalorian strength: it has always come from creation, from the bond between warrior and weapon, armor and identity. Oversight of the Ures'chaab project grants him not just control over Mandalorian production lines, but guardianship over the philosophy behind the vessels crafted within it. Each hull riveted together under his authority becomes a testament to discipline, heritage, and intent.

Tarre is a man who sees war not as chaos, but as ritual—one that demands precision, patience, and the right tools. The Forge allows him to control the design doctrine of his navy, ensuring every ship follows the Mandalorian creed: efficient, durable, powerful, and above all, honorable. It prevents the dilution of Mandalorian warcraft by foreign influence or hasty, mercenary design. His personal oversight guarantees that the Forge's output adheres to standards worthy of beskar and blood.

Moreover, the Forge is symbolic—it is a statement to the galaxy that the Mandalorians are no longer fractured warbands scraping by in the shadows. Under Tarre Priest's watchful command, it becomes the crucible of a new era, one where Mandalorians wield both the sword and the hammer. Overseeing the Ures'chaab ensures Tarre maintains a critical axis of power: whoever controls the means of production controls the future of Mandalorian warfare. For Tarre, this project is not just about defense or shipbuilding. It is about identity, autonomy, and the return of purpose. In his hands, the Deep Space Forge becomes not only a forge of ships—but of destiny.
