Racing. That was what this was about.
Dani had found her way out to Laekia. She had been hearing of the Rings, the ones that were used for moving cargo to and from a world. She left the Pick Up on Belazura, and took the White Current out to the world. The fighter was her main racer, and first love. The blonde smiled as she reverted to real space and saw the other fighters.
This seemed to be a bit of an underground thing. Some were given the coordinates if they were ready to race and seemed to not be the type to cause a problem. Dani was not here to fight, and based on the fighters, well ‘fighters’ out there? She knew that the others weren’t here to fight.
They were hear to race.
Welcome to the Rings, pilots. We’re going to be doing some time trials here. Some of you may be here since you’re a combat pilot, but we are here to race. Please wait your turns, and you’ll get to see the lights green on your HUD. We’re set up for a hundred rings, should take a few moments to get through,, But be aware, they’re going to be moving.

Similar to X-Wing Alliance, the Pilot Proving Grounds are designed to push a pilot to their limits. We’re here not as as combatants, but as a playful race between other pilots. TIme trial style. A bit of give and take, watching other pilots, and playing your own race. Even if you want to be doing your post in a few different timelines, to not slow everything down. Write your run through the rings, and observe the others, mostly, have fun!
