Mingle, she could do this easily. She smiled, "Yes Mam it was lovely." The older woman whose hair seemed tinged with shades of blue Claire couldn't tell right now if it was part of her natural color or if she had it done. She tried not to stare and had to remind herself to look at the woman's eyes. She smiled perhaps once to often.
"Young lady what are you staring at?" Claire had taken in the details of the woman as she had approached. She walked slow either from age, or long hours of classes that reminded her that ladies glided when they walked. This woman did it was hard really to tell if her feet were touching the floor, the dress was long and to the floor. It shimmered with each step, and swayed when the wearer swayed it was elegant.
Each piece of jewelry had been chosen for the way it accented the gown, and the wearers eyes. Soft lavender eyes that missed nothing and from the way she tipped her head her hearing wasn't failing either. Claire just couldn't help but smile. She could easily be anyone's grandma.
"I'm sorry I was looking at your hair, a lovely design."
"Hmm, you think so?" Instinctively her hand went to touch her hair, Claire nodded, "Yes mam."
"You have nice manners young woman, what's your name?"
"I'm Claire" She paused for a moment would it be wrong to say? Oh who cared, "Organa"
This did not seem to impress nor deter her, "I am Madam DuChanel, you Claire, look lost."
Yes the old woman hadn't missed it, "I am a bit, I don't know anyone really and I don't know where to start."
Madam DuChanel took Claire's arm, "First thing if you dont' know is you go and congratulate the bride and groom. So come along" Claire moved along with the elder woman on her arm as they slowly approached [member="Marzena Choi"] and [member="Ludolf Vaas"] . Claire in her bridesmaid dress, escorted by the Madam waited in the line to see the couple.
Madam DuChanel leaned over to Claire, "that individual with them is [member="Max Fel"] , Moff Fel for all you outsiders. So don't forget it."
"Yes Mam." Claire looked and performed the little exercise in her head to not forget the name, she wouldn't want to offend anyone so she committed it to memory.
