DESCRIPTION
The Ultor Starfighter is based on the ancient Zakuulan design but with vastly upgraded systems and a focus on its ability to dogfight as well as make efficient attack runs on both larger ships as well as to support ground operations. There was less emphasis put on the traits of running in a straight line and surviving heavy fire and more investing in a balance between agility and delivering heavy blows. Piloted by trained pilots and in the hands of experienced ones it is a very capable craft and good addition for the Battlefleet, especially in this trying and challenging times.

and off the bat before even checking the balance of ratings I can say

Nightshadow Coating

Night shadow is a stealth material even listed on wookieepedia as such. All stealth automatically limits production to semi-unique.

Your weaknesses are bare bones and you are going to need at least two that function with the ship. squadron count means little.

Duplicators were good for fabrication of materials not for making complex armaments quickly as seems to be the intention. You'll need to remove them or show a canon example. Closest would be bomblet but that is entirely different weapon type.

Krass Wyms Better get a general ruling on the difference of stealth-coating and actual cloaking technology. I can find multiple Mass Produced vehicles with similar coatings in the approved factory.

Removed the nightshadow and duplicators.

Added two weaknesses.
