Those without the Force are welcome to access the temple, but often do so under the guide of a caretaker.
- Description: Solidly built but unkempt, this recently established temple has made its home in an abandoned castle. The ancient stonework is crumbling in places, and the walls are covered in moss and vining plants. While the building's restoration to make it habitable and safe are underway, the temple's caretakers are careful not to disturb the plant life that has taken root. The temple itself is located on the outskirts of the Ukatian capital of Axilla, tucked away into the hills among the ruins of a long-forgotten town.
- Ruins – The temple sits in the ruins of an old settlement, Hesryn. Many locals tended to avoid the are due to sightings of strange specters lurking among the town's remnants, but such encounters appear to have diminished since the Jedi moved in. That, or perhaps the natives are slowly growing accustomed to their new neighbors.
- Fields – Behind the temple's hills sit several fields where local crops are grown. These crops feed both temple inhabitants and visitors.
- The Spire – An abandoned tower inhabited by semi-sentient vines that is used for training plant surge.
Medium - While the temple itself does not have any armaments or shielding, the grounds are surrounded by a nearly impenetrable fog. The land itself is rich with superstition, and it's been said that those with bad intentions will not find their way through the mist. Occasionally, nefarious travelers will fall unconscious and awake unharmed beyond the fog they've tried to cross. Users of the Dark side of the Force will find it difficult and disorienting to navigate through.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
After the fall of Coruscant and the core worlds, the numbers of the New Jedi Order have significantly thinned. Given the active hunting of the Jedi, it was decided that those who remained should not congregate on one world lest it lead to the destruction of their already fractured order. Instead, they dispersed to various temples and sites both within and beyond Alliance space.

The Ukatis Jedi enclave was established in an abandoned castle once belonging to the aristocratic family of Hesryn. With their line having died out in one of the cyclical rebellions of planetary nobility, their family manor fell into disrepair. Locals often avoided the area, citing specters and disorientation in the strange fog that surrounds the land. The Jedi's arrival has demystified the area to a degree, as they work to restore the castle and cleanse the lands of any lingering dark influence.
All Jedi, regardless of affiliation, as well as any local visitors will find a bed and a warm meal at the temple. Life there centers on sustainability and reciprocity – it's not uncommon for excess harvests in the temple's fields to supplement the villages nearby, or for the Jedi to be seen mingling among the local population.
While commoners sensitive in the Force are not traditionally allowed to train as royal Ukatian Seers, those interested are welcome to join lessons in the temple. Teachings tend to focus on the abilities that would benefit their rural populace, such as healing and plant surge, as well as practical skills like first aid, farming, and concocting herbal medicines. Those dedicated enough become enclave caretakers, tending to the fields and temple duties, as well as traveling through the adjoining provinces to investigate strange happenings or mediate difficult situations.
The focus of the Ukatis Jedi enclave is about more than the Force – it's about connecting with the land, the community, and giving back.
